Kriti saw Advait pacing in the hall, looking worried. She asked, Why are you still here?"Advait's eyes filled with tears. "He's not home, Kriti. I'm really worried about him."
Kriti's heart hurt. She knew Rishab was hurting too. "He's at the same old place, drinking away his pain... just like I am."
Advait's face twisted in sadness. "Why you are hurting yourself up, Kriti? Your love was so strong."
Kriti's tears fell hard. "We were blind, Advait. We let our fears tear us apart. Now I don't know if we can ever fix it at least i cant until he tells me the reason."
The silence was painful, filled with their sobs and the pieces of their broken love.
Kriti tried to reassure Advait, "He's okay, trust me. Just give him some time alone. He'll come back tomorrow."
Advait's eyes pleaded for answers. "But Kriti, do you know where he is? He's gone without his guards, and those shooters are still out there!"
Kriti's face was etched with concern, but she nodded firmly. "Yes, I know where he is. And I promise, he's safe."
Advait's voice cracked with worry. "But how can you be sure? Please, Kriti, tell me where he is!"
Kriti's expression softened, but her lips remained sealed. "Trust me, Advait. That's a safe place. He'll be back tomorrow."
Advait's shoulders slumped in defeat, his eyes welling up with tears. He knew Kriti wouldn't budge, so he reluctantly nodded and chose to trust her.
The silence that followed was heavy with fear, worry, and the fragile hope that Rishab would indeed return safely.
Kriti was walking upstairs, tears streaming down her face. Advait called out, "Kriti, did something happen last night?"
Kriti turned to him, her eyes brimming with tears. "Why are you asking me that, Advait? Your friend didn't told you, didn't he?
He told you all the reasons , and yet you didn't tell me what happened."With that, she turned and walked away, leaving Advait sighing in regret. He realized that, unknowingly, he had hurt her even more.
The air was thick with unspoken words, and the pain in their friendship and lost love hung heavy between them.
While kriti was thinking
Kya kisi ko taras nhi aata mujhpar
Meri halat par
Kyu sirf sb apne mnn ki chahte hai ...
Kya mai kuch nhi hu ...
And she slept while crying thinking all thisNext morning
Rishabh finally returned home at 5 . He slipped into a guest room, seeking solace in sleep.
At 8, the family gathered for breakfast, Mary announcing, "Rishabh is sleeping in the guest room." Advait's sigh of relief , grateful that his friend was safe, at least.
The others barely reacted, their faces a mask of indifference. Kriti, too, heard the news, her expression unreadable, her silence was overpowering.
After breakfast, Advait made his way to the guest room, his heart heavy with concern. He gently opened the door, his eyes scanning the room for any sign of his friend's well-being.
Advait's eyes fell on Rishabh's face, red and swollen from tears and pain. For a moment, he felt a surge of pity and concern. But he knew Rishabh's stubbornness all too well, and that he wouldn't accept help until he was ready.
Advait left the room, and Kriti slipped in, closing the door behind her. She approached Rishabh, her eyes filled with pain.
She gently cleaned his face with her scarf, then lay down beside him. She wrapped her arms around him, offering a familiar comfort.
Rishabh, sensing her warmth and love, slowly surrendered to her embrace. He snuggled into her neck, and Kriti began massaging his scalp, providing solace and peace. The tension in his body slowly eased, and he let out a sigh of relief, finally allowing himself to be vulnerable.
In that moment, they both let go of their fears and doubts, and simply held onto each other, seeking comfort in the midst of their heartbreak.
After 3 hours kriti slowly got up after making rishabh comfortable on pillow . Everyone knew she was with rishabh but no-one asked her anything.
Aksh was playing with arjun and akshuKriti walked towards kitchen and looked some Khichdi for rishabh .
Mary insisted on doing it but kriti politely denied she would do it by herself knowing rishabh doesn't likes it already and if someone else would cook he wont have it definitely .Rishabh woke up after three hours, feeling a little dizzy.
He smelled Kriti's perfume, but his mind refused to believe she'd come to him.
He got ready and went downstairs, where he saw Aksh snuggled up in Priya's arms.
Advait looked at the baby with a mix of love and frustration.Rishabh asked, saale mere bacche ko ese kya ghuur rha hai?
Priya and Advait turned to him, and Advait said with a annoyed look , "Your son has stolen my wife !"
Rishabh's smirked painfully , "He's just six days old..."
Advait's irritated , "That's why he's so precious, and she is loving him more."Advait saw the pain in Rishabh's eyes and knew he was struggling. He decided to drop it, not wanting to hurt rishabh further.
Kriti spotted Rishabh from the kitchen, but hesitated to approach him.
Instead, she asked Marry to call him for lunch without mentioning her name.
Marry understood the tension between them and simply agreed.
Marry asked Rishabh to eat with a gentle "Come, lunch is ready."Rishabh forced a painful smile, "I'm not hungry... I'll eat later."
But after some insistence from Priya and Advait, he reluctantly went towards dining table. As Rishabh saw the khichdi, Kriti braced herself for a tantrum.
But to her surprise, he quietly started eating it.
Kriti and Marry had shocked looks - everyone knew Rishabh despised khichdi.Yet, after the first bite, Rishabh's eyes hinted at a realization.
He knew who had cooked this khichdi.
He yearned to look at Kriti, to find her, but seemed to need more time.He finished his meal in silence and left. Only then did Kriti emerge from the kitchen, joining Advait and Priya with a mix of emotions on her face.
