"Oh my! The young prince is holding a parade in central park!"  Maid Addison says to her daughter, Rosalyn. "Will we be able to go, mama?" Rosalyn looks up at her mama with dark brown eyes, hoping they could go. "I hope so, Mr. Todd will have to let us."  Addison smiles, weakly at her poor daughter. How could they be in this situation?  How could Addison let her ex husband throw them out like that? Especially throw Rosa out. She did nothing but tried to please that wretched man!

Luckily, Mr. Todd and his wife accepted them, in one condition... they have to be the maids of the Todd manor.  Addison quickly accepted, not knowing that Mr. Todd was a terrible man.

...Meanwhile, with Mr. Todd and Mrs. Todd...

"Why can we not take them, William? What if they steal from us and take all our belongings?" Mrs. Todd asked Mr. Todd. "How else will the house get clean?" Mr. Todd responds firmly, not showing any emotion and ignoring the second question. "Will... the house is already cleaned! Plus, maybe since they are great cleaners... the king will pay lots of money for them!" Mrs. Todd suggests.

Mr. Todd thinks about it, they have a lot of money... but since their daughter, Kamala is very beautiful, not only would they get so much more money... they could be royals! "Hm... alright Delilah... but if anything goes wrong... it's your fault." In Mrs. Todd's mind, she sees both Kamala and Rosalyn as her daughters, she thought of Rosa as more than a maid. She doesn't think the same for Addison, she dislikes her so much it boils her skin.

But will she ever tell Rosalyn that? No, she will never. She gotten so close with Rosalyn, that Rosalyn would never suspect her to do such terrible things. So if Rosalyn would marry the young prince, she could still be close to the royals.
