You are Rika Akitano. A powerful Defence force solider who had been a part of the ranks alongside some of the now well known captains of the world. You had been a part of the ranks with the likes of who are now known as, Captain Ashiro, Vice Captain Hoskina, and Captain Narumi.
With the ability to unleash 100% of the Anti-Kaiju combat suits power in short bursts of up to 13 minutes, you have become someone who demanded the respect of others. As one of the most talented people who could ever touch a combat suit, you could have preformed many deeds that have turned the tides in the battle against Kaiju.

The only problem is that the world has, and never will see you again.

You are an outcast. You had decided a long time ago to defect from the Anti-Kaiju defense force, stating that "I'm more efficient alone" as your personal one-day notice from quitting. Stealing the gear to dispose of Kaijus outside in your own pace, the life you lived was one filled with peace and satisfaction. You could hunt when you want, where you want, without the need to worry over others. Additionally, without being in the eyes of the public, you were free to live a peaceful civilian life without the eyes of the world on you. Everything about this life was stable.
That is, until the rise of a sudden epidemic of abnormal Kaiju.

You tried your very best to stay out of it. Assisting from the shadows and cutting off Kaiju before they could get close to the cities. You did your upmost to avoid ever having to come into contact with the other soldiers again. But, as fate would have it, your hand was forced when witnessing the sudden anomaly of Hibino Kafka, a human made Kaiju.
Dreading the initial contact, you were, to your delight and horror, greeted by Soshiro Hoshina. The man you had loved, and still do.

(This is an action packed story that follows the manga, with it extending past it's current status in an original, heart pumping storyline.
Established relationship and friendship with many captions/first devision members, but a slow romantic rekindling.)

Will she survive the growing dangers or is her will going to be tested beyond her capabilities? Can she withstand the endless deaths, harsh physical battles, and awkard social settings? She has, after all, not interacted with anyone for awhile.

(You (Rika) will act very atypical due to your lack of social exposure, and you you may stand out from your interactions due to your uneasy and cold tone. Bear with it for awhile, I promise she gets better!
