A few months later

Today, Dani was working at Old Trafford for the Manchester United and West Ham game. It was her first time at Old Trafford but more importantly, it was the first time she would see that 6 foot something brunette since she interviewed him. Daniella has been strangely whipped by a guy she only talked to for an hour and hadn't spoken a word to since September. It was now the end of November, and she hadn't been put down to report on any of West Ham's matches since the start of the season.

Dani was once again asked to do the live TV build up before kick off and instead of going to watch the game for the rest of the match afterwards, she was asked to stay in the onsite studio to do the halftime report and post match talks on the TV. Of course, she immediately said yes. But, this meant that she wouldn't be interviewing players after the game which made her lose all hopes of being able to talk to Dec again and it made her a little gutted. Joe, although not needed today, was there for moral support and saw the realisation sweep across Dani's face whilst she was fixing her hair before going on camera.

"Dani. Seriously, you talked to the guy once."

"Yes, I know. But he had blue eyes, Joe. Blue eyes." says Dan dramatically.

"So do a lot of people Daniella. Look, you know i think you are great and any man would be lucky to have you. But the guy probably gets interviewed by millions of people after each game, i doubt he'll remember you."

"woah." replied Dani sarcastically. "you ruin all my hopes and dreams. You know that, Joe?"

"Yes, yes i do and i wouldn't want it any other way." replied Joe.

"We are live in 10 minutes people." said one of the numerous camera men.

"Look i better go. Do i look alright?" asked Dani

"You look lovely."

Dani completed the build up before the match and all went well. She was glad that Gary was there, the only familiar face on the panel. Just before half time, Dani decided to go to the dressing room to freshen up. As she made her way to the dressing room she had to walk past the tunnel where the players went out to the pitch. As she approached her dressing room which was the opposite end to the old Trafford tunnel, she was startled by some shouting.
