1 year passed
Avni pov
It's been one year today since I got my memory back in this time and totally fit and fine now
Today is our 2nd anniversary which we planned to celebrate in Paris
I always loved that place and now we are here with our family too
I look at myself in mirror wearing white fairy dress
Two girls which were hired by my mother in law did my make up and hair styles
I wore jewelry by myself
"Come on my daughter everyone is waiting for you" I saw my mother in law coming in room she stopped looking at me
"My beautiful daughter my son is really so much lucky to have this gem in his life" She said smiling I smiled back
I just feel so bad that it's been 2 years now and I can't even give her a grandchild
She always wanted to see our children in her life but I don't know can I give that or not
She gave all the love she can!
"Let's go mom" I said and hold her hand she nodded smiling and we both come out of the room
We stand at the start of stairs when lights turned off
I felt her hand left mine and someone hold my hand and I can feel it's my husband only
As lights turned on we both were standing there gaining everyone's attention
I was about to put my left foot on first stair but then he lift me up
"You have me to carry you" He said
I look at everyone and saw smiling looking at us
I turned my face because of embarrassment yrr this men can carry me anytime without any hesitation
He put me down as we near the table where cake is placed
We both hold the knife and cut the cake
Everyone started clapping and cheering us
Just then he pulled me by my waist kiss me on my lips I was in shock fir a second but then try to break it and he let it go easily thank god!
I take the piece and made him eat first then he make me eat that piece too
Everyone started to give us best wishes for future life too

Sid pov
After the party we all were so tired
I was laying on bed waiting for her to come out from bathroom as she went to get fresh
But suddenly I hear that she is vomiting badly
I know she eat something in party
I knock the door
"Avni you okay should I come in" But before I can say anything more she open the door
She look so weak and tired now
She push me aside and lay down on couch
"Please bring me tablet of vomiting" She said holding her head and other hand on stomach
"Okay just wait a minute" I said and move out of the room and told my guard go bring tablets, ice cream and some chocolates ASAP
As we don't bring any tablets here we came for 3 days only and now going back by tomorrow's flight
I come back into my room and saw her struggling to get up I helped her in sitting putting a cushion behind her
And wrap my arm around her shoulder as she put her head on my chest
After a while I heared knock on door and went to open it guard and servant both came at the same time I also ordered fresh juice for her
"Avni drink this" I made her hold that glass putting the ice cream and chocolates in mini freezer
She made weird face
"Ughh it smells so bad" She said putting the glass on table I pick the glass and take a sip
And it's totally fine nothing is wrong
"I think you are not okay please drink it it's totally fine and fresh juice" I forcely made her drink that because she vomit all she ate
She push my hand that was holding glass she hardly drink half of it and again run into washroom I again hear her voice of vomiting
I should call the doctor now I dialed doctor's number and called my parents and her parents too

"She is all okay may be something caused disturbance in stomach but now she is fine and here are some test I have doubt that it can be positive come tommorow in our hospital for these tests" Doctor said giving me slip of tests and medicines
I nodded and look at her who was eating ice cream
Her mom was continuously scolding her that she don't take care of herself and all
"Mom please yrr I didn't eat anything that can cause this I swear Sid please tell her na"
"My child your mother is just worried about you please take care of your health next time okay" Her dad said side hugging her she smile and nodded
"Okay now tommorow we all will go with you for check up" My mom said
"And I already cancelled our flights" My dad said I look at him he just smiled

Avni pov
Next day we reached at hospital with whole family
We all move inside and asked for doctor's cabin ward boy guide us but then he asked
"Are you all going inside" He asked looking at six of us
"Who's the patient? "
"Me" I raised my hand
"So you go and can only take one person with you rest of you have to wait because it is not allowed to let whole family enter in cabin I hope you will co operate" The ward boy said smiling
Our parents nodded and I hold Sid's hand as we move inside
We sit on the chairs in front of table facing the doctor and gave him slip
He checked it for a while
"These medicines are given by me you can collect them after these tests and for them you have to go at 2nd floor in first office
He guide us giving the slip we both move out and move towards second floor
