Chapter 9: Eterna Forest

You make your way through the forest coming across the occasional wild Pokémon, the forest is giant and there are very little signs along the way. Hours pass and you decide to set up camp for the night, your Pokémon even help gather wood for a fire and set up the tent. Eventually you decide to call it a night and head to bed, you slip into your sleeping bag and one by one your Pokémon try to join you inside until you decide to unzip it and use it as a blanket instead.

You are suddenly awoken in the middle of the night by a rustling noise outside. You grab an electric lantern and unzip the door to the tent waking up Zorua by accident who decides to accompany you in investigating the noise. You step outside and turn on your lantern illuminating the area and revealing a group of Buneary going through a your stuff.
"Hey! That doesn't belong to you leave it alone!" You shout towards the group.
The Buneary turn to look at you before attempting to attack you, but Zorua intervenes. Zorua lets out a loud snarl which sends the group of Buneary flying. They all seem to group up and huddle behind something just out of reach of the lantern's light. Suddenly it makes its way into the illuminated area, revealing it to be another Buneary only this one is much bigger than the rest easily twice the size of a normal one.
"What is that? It's way too big to be a normal Buneary?" You ask not expecting an answer, but your Pokédex responds.
Pokédex: [It appears to be an alpha Pokémon]
Alex: "An Alpha Pokémon?"
Pokédex: [An alpha Pokémon is a variant of Pokémon that is much bigger and stronger than usual, they were most common during ancient times but very rarely an alpha Pokémon will be born in the wild.]
Alex: "I see, the alpha seems to be leading the group."
The Alpha Buneary suddenly dashes towards you ready to attack.
Alex: "Zorua use Snarl!"
Zorua once again unleashes a loud snarl towards the Buneary causing it to cover it's ears. It quickly runs towards Zorua and tackles it into a tree.
Alex: "Zorua are you okay?"
Zorua manages to climb to its feet with a look of determination.
Alex: "Zorua use Double team!"
A horde of copies of Zorua appear and hide which is the real one. Buneary attempts to once again tackle Zorua but ends attacking the copies.
Alex: "Zorua now Nasty plot."
A mischievous grin appears on the faces of all the copies and Zorua's Special attack is sharply raised.
Alex: "Now Zorua Snarl!"
Zorua unleashes yet another Snarl but this time it's much more powerful than the others sending Buneary flying into a tree and leaving a small impact crater on it. Seizing the opportunity you throw a pokeball at the Alpha Buneary. The pokeball opens and out comes a light that surrounds the Buneary and pulls it inside after which it closes and begins to wobble side to side with its button glowing red until "click" it stops and the button on its front turns from red to white, signalling a successful capture.

The rest of the Buneary run off into the forest while you walk over and pick up your newly captured Buneary. You press the button letting it out and in a burst of light emerges the Buneary now looking much more like a human girl. It was now about 5'6 and it's body some what resembled a female athlete's. She immediately bounced over to you and tackled you into a hug knocking you off your feet and wrapping you in a crushing hug.
Alex: "Buneary it's nice to meet you too, but please stop you're crushing me!"
She suddenly stops and gives an apologetic look before picking you up and placing you back on your feet. You walk back into the tent with Zorua and Buneary before laying down and going back to bed.

The next day you wake up, pack up the tent and you continue your journey through the forest. After a few hours you arrive at the exit of the forest and continue to Eterna city. You immediately go to the Pokémon centre to heal up your Pokémon, then you head to the Gym.

I'm thinking of starting another series. I know I already have 3 going but I'm just having a hard time coming back to the other two, I just can't find that same inspiration I had before.

Here is the idea I had, Monster girls: This series would follow a main character with a tragic backstory suddenly be selected to take care of a harem of horny and voracious monster girls. The main cast would be made up of things like Lamias, harpies, Arachne, centaurs, Oni, Elves, ect.
