Murasaki and Haruto escaped while the TMNT fought Kavaxas. In the ending, Karai knows her ex-sister and boyfriend left America, but she has a deep feeling that the battle isn't over yet, knowing Murasaki will NOT stop until the TMNT and allies are dead.
