"Лоботомија (Lobotomy)" - Luke Black + Konstrakta (collab)

15 minutes into the operation, everything was totally fine, until suddenly y/n woke up from the anesthesia. A few moments later they start feeling excruciating pain and pressure in their head and brain and they just start to cry, scaring Luka and Konstra.

"Oh no!", Luka freaks out, "Nurse! They woke up!"

Nurse Konstrakta comes to the rescue of the situation, luckily Luka was done with the first part of the surgery which was drilling y/n's skull and brain and using the tool - leucotome and cutting the brain tissue. Luckily Luka was done with that part and he was stitching the incisions. His gloves (and a bit of his white coat), along with some tools he used were covered in blood and it made y/n feel scared and lightheaded.

Konstra manages to calm y/n down and she was about to give them a second dose of the general anaesthetic when Luka told her :
"Oh nonono, we actually won't need it anymore, you can give them the local anaesthetic so they still don't feel any pain while being conscious..."
Luka says that while he takes the following tools - 2 icepicks and a hammer.

Y/n was terrified, but it was too late because the anaesthetic that Konstra gave to y/n made them not able to move, and also the other two doctors and two nurses were holding them tightly while Luka was preparing for the next act.

"Now y/n", says doctor Luka, while holding a icepick and a hammer, "please, try to stay calm, try to keep your head up and keep your eyes wide open for me, ok? Can you please open them for me?" Meanwhile y/n wanted to cry and scream.

"Calm down y/n, calm down...everything will be fine, just look at me or look at the ceiling..", says nurse Konstrakta.

The doctors and nurses hold y/n tightly while Luka was slowly pushing the icepick near y/n's eye, trying not to damage it, meanwhile y/n is screaming in pain, but the screams were muffled because nurse Konstrakta put her hand under their mouth. Luka hammers the pick in y/n's left eye area, but suddenly, something has gone wrong, y/n's left eye was damaged and it started to bleed and y/n suddenly went blind, which made Luka terrified but that didn't stop him to continue the procedure. It took a few minutes for y/n to stop screaming in agony and finally calm down and eventually go numb and limp, both physically and mentally, which literally scared everyone in the room, especially Luka.

"Y/n?", Luka asks in dread
"Y/n, are you with us? Can you hear us?", Konstrakta asked in fear, in fear of Luka accidentally doing something horrible to y/n...

They both check the monitors, y/n's heart is still beating and y/n is still breathing, but y/n wasn't responding, their eyes were still open but y/n looked like they were dead on the operating table.

"I-I'm afraid I fucked up! I'm afraid I fucked something up!", Luka starts to panic, his eyes looked like he was about to cry.
Konstrakta hugs him and tells him that everything is going to be alright and that y/n will make it, but deep inside, Luka knew that something was off.

The rest of the operation was done peacefully, even though y/n still felt pressure and pain in their brain and eyes, even though Luka felt sick to his stomach after what he had done to his little patient.

After the operation was done, everyone was tired and exhausted, especially Luka, who basically did literally everything for the procedure, and besides that, he was traumatized and he was scared if something bad happened to y/n, he was worried sick.
Meanwhile, nurse Konstrakta was putting on the bandages around y/n's head.

"Take them to the shock room to recover, I'll tell their parents how did the procedure go later...", Luka ordered to everyone in the room, sitting on a chair, taking off his bloody gloves and mask (and throwing it in the trash) and putting both hands on his head, looking like he was going to cry.

Y/n, all unconscious and unresponsive, was covered in bandages and transferred in a shock room for a few days. The doctors told y/n's parents about how everything went well and that they needed rest. Y/n couldn't wake up in 3 days because of the consequences of the procedure + they were so drugged from the anesthesia.

During those three days, doctor Luka would every almost half an hour check on his little patient, he felt so bad for them and he was praying that everything will be alright.
