I promise this is the last one shot if AlleyRose and Finch for a while!

I gaze at the cats that found me. Are they dangerous? "Dear StarClan. It's a kit!" A cream she says and a few cats come to her. My collar then jungles as I scratch at it. It was tight and right up against my neck.

"I'm not a kit!" I say. Suddenly a Tom with a medium pelt stand by one of the two blue spotted Toms whom looked identical. "He is the same size as me!" He says studying me.

"Hm. Kit what's your name?" One of the Tom's ask me. "Well... I've been a called many things by two legs. Mainly 'trash'" I say. The cream she and the Tom whom must've been a few months older than me frowned. "Hm. Let's take him back to camp." The other blue spotted Tom said.

"Oooh new friend!" The faded Tom said bouncing up and down. Wait why am i smiling he's obviously stupid. "Come on kit we don't have all day." One of the spotted Tom's say. I then bound up to them the bell jingling on my neck.

"That thing will scare all the prey away." The cream she said. "SugarCoat's right." Suddenly one of the blue spotted Tom cut off the piece of fabric that connected the collar with the bell. "There problem solved"

I walk up to CollectingPools and touch my nose to his. I then step back and smile at him. He grins back. "Hey AlleyPaw I have a gift for you." He says then gives me some vines with red flowers on them. "Wow!" I say. "Are these for me?" I say tiling my head.

He nods. I then smile even wider. He then helped me put them on my back legs.

I trot to the apprentice den making a nest by FinchPaw. I then lay down and drift slowly into sleep.

I trot up to AlleyPaw. I had a red butterfly in my jaws and then sat by him. "Hey FinchPaw" he says the licks the side of my face. I smile and greet him back. "Oh by the way guess what I got!" I say a big smile on my face.

"Hm? Is it that?" He says pointing to the dead butterfly. I nod and smile. "Yeah! Watch this!" I then break off the wings and put them on the ground. "Be right back!" I then rush to DoveCry's den and poke my head in.

"Yes FinchPaw?" He says not even having to turn around. "Do you know where some sap is?" I ask when the fluffy Tom looked at me with his dark green eyes. "Why for?" He asks.

"Just for some butterfly wings!" I say and he nods. "There's a tree by the nursery where a branch was snapped off in a storm a little bit back. Check there." He says then turns back around after giving me a wad of moss.

I run back to AlleyPaw and smile. I don't know why I always smiled around him. I guess he just makes me really happy. Anyways. "AlleyPaw! Come on!" I say then can't over to the nursery.

Then soak the moss in sap then head back to where the butterfly wings were. They were a scarlet red and white outside. We then grabbed them and went to the apprentice den where ShadowPaw was. She greeted AlleyPaw with a nod.

"Ok sit still AlleyPaw" I say a mouth full. He then nodded. I put some sap on the tip of the wing the put it under his ear. I smile admiring my work. "You look sooo good!" I say then give him the ball of moss. "Now do me!" I say. He puts the butterfly wing on with ease and I purr in happiness. "Now we match!" I say and he smile at the comment.

From the corner of my eyes I could see ShadowPaw... narrowing her eyes at me? Weird.

I grumbled as I walked back into camp. Rose petals scattered in my pelt. I had fallen into a rose bush. Thankfully I made it with barely any scratches but still.

I suddenly feel a pelt brush mine and I smell the scent of fresh sap. Do we already have to reapply our butterfly wings? I look down at FinchCall who look up at me in Awe.

"Dude! You look cute with the rose petals in your pelt and the rose by your ear!" He says his eyes glowing as we trot toward the warriors den.

"Y-you think so?" I say a little flustered. "Noooo I was just saying that so I could practice confessing to ShadowBerry. Yes I think so!" He says sarcastically. I smile. "Anyways, do you need fresh sap?" He asked as we sat down in front of the den.

I nod. "Yeah" he then daps the sap on like usual and I smile. "Thanks" I say. "Of course dude! Anything for my m-best friend!" He says with a smile.

I sat there in the medicine den as SugarCoat gives me a red flower. "Here. I need to keep track of how many seizures you have. How about every time you have one you come get a flower from me. Ok?"

"Ok SugarCoat" I say then see FinchCall poke his head into the den then gaze at me. His expression went from worried to relieved. He bounds over to be then licks behind my ear. "Dear StarClan you scared me dude!" He says tears in his eyes. "FinchCall I'm ok. Don't worry" I say then licking behind his ear. "How can I do that when you scare me like that?!" He says tears going down his face.

I smile. "Finch Listen. I'll be ok. Don't worry I won't leave you" I say then lay my paw on his. He then looks at me, tears slowing. "I hope you're right."

I stand up form my nest in the elder's den. I shake my fur and then stretch. I then prod FinchCall to wake up. "Hon it's almost afternoon" I say. When he doesn't answer I prod him again.

"FinchCall?" I say then open my eyes fully. I then look down at him. Dear StarClan. I run out of my den to SugarCoat. "SugarCoat! FinchCall isn't waking up" I say worried. She then stirs from her sleep and looks up at me. She then gets up and bounds to the elders den.

She gazes down at FinchCall then looks at me a saddened expression on her face. I didn't need her to tell me that he was gone.

I sat there in the clearing as warriors bring Finch out for his vigil. I couldn't stop a tear from running down my face. As then place him down I gaze at the faded butterfly wing on his left ear. I then walk up and carefully take it off. ShadowBerry sat by me. She had the moss ball with sap in her jaw.

She applied the sap to the wing then to my ear. Neither of us talked knowing that I could break down any second. Once she was done I went back to the den and laid there. I breathed in the scent of FinchCall, now stale, from his bedding by mine.

At least I kept my promise to him
