02| Mistaken identity and role switch

n the last chapter, we saw

Namjoon's eyes flickered , failing to recognise the man in front of him.

Namjoon:You talk a big game. But you won't leave here alive.

Jin's smile turned icy.
Jin:We'll see about that

Jin and Namjoon stood at a face-to-face encounter, their worlds about to collide in ways neither of them could have anticipated.

The two faced each other, tension building up with each passing second

Jin:You are already dead to me, you asshole.
Namjoon:see who's talking, A rat who slaves away for the bastards

Jin:you know you are as intimidating as a bug..

Without warning namjoon lunged forward , throwing a punch aimed at Jin's face.
Jin dodged and countered with a swift kick to namjoon's ribs, sending him aback

Namjoon:is that all you've got?
He said while spitting blood, his eyes full of anger

Jin didn't waste time with his words as he launched himself at namjoon, capturing him with his punches.

Namjoon retaliated back with power as well.
Both of them clashed in a battle of kicks and punches, each strike fueled by raw hatred.

Jin blocked a punch and retaliated with an elbow blow to namjoon's jaw, making him grunt in pain

Jin:You're gonna regret ever crossing the kims.

Namjoon scoffed, wiping blood from the corner of his mouth.

Namjoon:fuck you and fuck the kims
Jin's eyes darkened with the look of pure anger in his eyes.
He caught namjoon's arm and twisted it behind his back, forcing him to his knees.

Jin:Had enough yet?
Namjoon: not even close you dickhead

Namjoon said while using his free hand to elbow jin in the stomach and break himself free

They broke apart, both breathing heavily, their eyes locked in a deadly stare.
Jin raised his gun, pointing it at namjoon's chest

Jin:It's over ,Motherfucker

Just as jin was about to shoot namjoon, gunshots were heard as namjoon's and Jin's men came into the scene .
Things caught on fire, smoke bombs were used and it was difficult to see anything.

To prevent themselves from getting shot, both of them spread apart and tried getting away from the scene.
A man came out through the smokes, moving towards jin

Unable to see the man, jin pointed his gun, as a precaution.

Jin:who are you? Reveal yourself!

It was Yoongi who came to Jin's rescue.

Yoongi: It's me .. You don't need to shoot me.
Jin:Yoongi? Are you okay?

Yoongi:I'm fine
Jin: What about the others? Is anyone injured?

Yoongi:As far as i know, only two men from the firing squad are injured. Are you okay?
Jin:yea I'm okay... We need to get away from this scene.
