It's been a while since the procedure was done and y/n wakes up in excruciating pain in their head.
"NUUUURSE!!! DOCTOR!!!", they screamed in pain and agony.
Then y/n looks in the mirror near their hospital bed and sees that the scar from the surgery and the damaged eye were so bloody that they got infected and it made y/n scream.
When doctor Luka and nurse Konstra rushed in the room, when suddenly, y/n actually woke up in their room, in their home.
And it turns out that it was all a dream. Y/n wakes up in fear in their own room, in the middle of the night, not literally in the middle of the night, but somewhere between 3 and 4 AM. Then y/n touched their head, no incisions, no bandages, nothing. It was all a part of their imagination. They realized that they fell asleep to "Lobotomy" by Luke Black, playing on repeat on their headphones again, as usual.
"So...it's all a dream? Huh..", said y/n, while taking off their headphones and putting their phone to charge because they have school and a doctor's appointment tomorrow, "I should go back to sleep...".
