The Night Went On.....

Watch Out!

"STOP, YOUR HURTING ME!" chloe said, in the middle of the night. Her mom rushes into the hall-way, that takes you to Chloe's room. "What's wrong honey?" Chloe's mom Cindy said. "I was dreaming of that night again. Though, he hurt me even more! He was scary moma." she said. Cindy didn't say anything. "Moma! Watch out!"
Knock Knock! someone was at the door. Chloe opened the door slowly. Two officers were at the door. "Ma'am, sorry to bother you, but is your mom home? We would like to ask her some questions about the..." " Yeah I know what it's about. My moma is in her room resting. I'll go get her for you." Chloe ran off to the room that her mother was in. " Moma? there are two officers at the door asking for you. I can tell them to leave, if you want to stay in bed." Her Moma didn't answer. "Moma I'll bring them into the room." Chloe ran out of the room to grab the men. "My Moma is really tired, but she is willing to talk to you about it." " Thank you, Chloe. we will find our way to the door when we are done." Chloe runs into the long hall-way that goes to her room. She goes and sits on her bed. She can't think about what's going to happen. She starts thinking about all the negative things that could happen. Tears start falling down her face. Her hands on her lap catch the tears one by one. Soon the tears pour down her face. Her hands are full of tears. The officers were on their way to the door, when all of the sudden they hear Chloe crying. "Knock knock. can we come in?" Chloe looks up and nods her head. " We heard you crying. Are you okay? want to talk about it?" Chloe stayed quite. "Chloe, we are here for you and your mom. I know that you've been threw some of the worst things. I can't even imagine what it feels like. I'm sorry Chloe." chloe gets up from her bed and walks to the men. Chloe, stil crying, hugs both of them. " Thank you for caring for us. Can you stop by more please? I need someone to talk to about what happened." Chloe said. " Of course! We will stop in on our breaks everyday. We really hope and want you to be safe." The men looked at chloe with sympathy, and then walked out of the house to their car. Chloe sat on her bed and thought about what the men and just said. A little smile popped threw her lips. she soon laid her head on her pillow, and fell asleep.
