Episode 9: Escape From Isla Nublar
Patrick Ben and Darius sprinted through the jungle away from the Scorpios's roars. After a few minutes, they came to a stop.
"We're far enough." Patrick said nonchalantly.
He turned to Darius and Ben who were staring at him in shock.
"Oh, uhm, hi..." The archer started before Darius hugged him as tight as possible.
"How... how?" Darius asked pulling away.
Before Patrick could answer Ben punch Patrick in the jaw. However, the punch felt more like a twig to Patrick.
"You're... You're real..." Ben said hugging Patrick. Patrick hugged his brother back.
"The Mirikuru healed me. Revived my heart. And a lot more." Patrick assured as Ben pulled away. Patrick turned towards where the Scorpios Rex's were. "We have to kill them."
"Agreed. If they reproduce asexually, they'll over run the island." Darius said in agreement.
"I have an idea." Patrick said. "Follow me."
"Oh! Are we gonna blow something up?!" Ben asked with excitement.
The Yacht
Kenji had parked the yacht a few yards away from the island. He took his captain's hat off and set it down.
Sammy held his shoulder.
"Yeah, we're going back to the dock. Hopefully the Scorpios has cleared out by now." Kenji said.
"Good."
Sammy and Kenji turned to the the voice and saw Yaz, who was holding Patrick's bow as well as his carbon and aluminum arrows.
"They need our help." Yaz said with determination. "Let's go."
She walked towards the front of the ship followed quickly by Sammy.
"Yasmina!" Sammy called. Yaz groaned and turned around as the boat began moving.
"I know what you're gonna say Sam." Yaz said. "But if I use this bow, it feels like Patrick's fighting with me."
Sammy smiled.
"I was gonna say the same thing." Sammy said softly as the boat docked.
The four jumped off the boat with Yaz leading the group with an arrow drawn. Suddenly a creature let out a roar causing them all to scream. The calmed down when they realized it was just Spike.
