"Maman! Papa!"
Genevieve and James Wright entered the apartment to see a very happy Manon. "What are you doing here?"
"We missed you!" Genevieve cried, hugging her eldest. "And we heard about your EP!"
Manon's smile brightened. "Yeah, I'm proud of it."
"So...who's it about?" James asked, leaning forward on the counter.
"Papa!"
"Go on, Manon!"
She buried her face behind her hands. "You don't know him yet. It's one of the two I collaborated with recently."
"The blond one, isn't it?"
"Maman!"
"It is!" Genevieve squealed, throwing her arms around her daughter. "Oh Manon, it's adorable! You two would be so cute!"
Manon groaned, blushing hard. "Can we not right now?"
