Isagi wanted to apologize for his selfishness, but he couldn't.

He just blocked out.

All Kurona could do right now is to panic. He doesn't know if Isagi already find the King or what. He just stayed there waiting for the signal, but still nothing. 

He couldn't take it anymore. His gonna go there. Even if Isagi told him to stay, his not gonna listen at this rate. He stand up walking to where Isagi had climbed but before that, he look around and it's was right time he look before a knight almost slice his head off. If Kurona didn't look he could have died right in the spot. 

Kurona quickly took out his weapon and slice thale knight head without mercy. It was much easier than he thought as he remember his master Sae said that all the King knights are trained specially and very well. 

Or was it just a bluff? He took one last look at the knight... Before realizing that his neck meat are moving!? 

Is he not dead? 

Or is he even a human? 

Before Kurona know it, the knight that he killed slowly standing up. Without his head. The king Knight is definitely not a human. But a monster.so this is what the past assassins have been struggling with? 

Kurona didn't think twice and swing his Katana again, slicing both of the man's leg. He thought it was over... But no.. The knight again using his hands to crawl. Then he realized. There is no blood.. All of the part where he slice the man have no blood. Instead the wood it's closen up. It's like a lizard trying to regenerate his body. 

The knight started to make weird noises from his body and to his head and both leg. A signal? Kurona realize that there ate more knights that are coming, he can hear them everywhere. To the top of the castle, to the walls, the bushes that was probably running, and the ground!!? 

Something grab Kurona's feet.. A hand from the ground that Is slowly crawling up... He saw the man that he killed regenerating from his head.

He fucked up real bad.

There is now a fucking human or a fucking monster coming out of the walls as if the walls are their body. More monster coming out of the ground. And when he look at his back, the knight that both him and Isagi saw doesn't look normal anymore.

They are pale like a ghost. And worse he couldn't handle the smeel. A smell like a corpse... His just surrounded by dead people!! 

He heard a glass break. 

Above where Isagi is. 

He look up only to see Isagi struggling. The king himself is fucking choking Isagi. Literally trying to drop Isagi to the ground.

A blood drop from Isagi's body. 

Is he dead? 

Is Isagi dead!?!?! 

No..... 

He still could see Isagi's leg and arm moving and trying to get off the king grip.
