Avery's POV
I walked back to the nurse station, still trying to process everything that had just happened. My mind was in a whirl, and I felt a deep pain in my head. Kaagad kong kinuha yung gamot ko sa bulsa ko atsaka ko ito ininom.
Kahit sumasakit ang ulo ko hindi ko pa rin maiwasan isipin yung mga nangyari. How could Analea say those things? I thought she was my friend. Halos di ko siya nakilala sa inasal niya sa akin kanina. Malayong malayo sa Analea na nakilala ko.
As I approached the station, I saw Ruth organizing patient files. She looked up and immediately noticed something was wrong.
"Avery, are you okay?" she asked, her voice full of concern.
I tried to hold back my tears, but as soon as she touched my shoulder, I couldn't contain it any longer. The tears flowed freely, and I felt my legs weaken. Masakit pa rin ang ulo ko.
Ruth quickly guided me to a nearby chair, her eyes wide with worry.
"Hey, what happened? Bakit kaba umiiyak?" she asked softly, crouching down beside me.
I took a few deep breaths, trying to calm myself enough to speak. "I... I just had a confrontation with Analea in the restroom," I began, my voice trembling.
"Analea?" she repeated, mukhang nagulat siya. "What happened?"
I wiped at my tears, though they kept coming. "I overheard her talking to a nurse named Ivy about Tyler and me. She said Tyler only married me out of obligation and that she'll do everything to get him back. She... she said their relationship was real and deep, and that whatever we have will end."
Ruth's expression shifted from concern to anger. "She said that? I can't believe it!" she exclaimed, her hands clenching into fists.
"Analea was always so kind and cheerful. How could she say something like that?" Pati siya hindi makapaniwala.
I nodded. "I thought we were friends. I thought she was happy for me. But now, I don't know what to think."
Ruth stood up, pacing back and forth in front of me. "This is unbelievable. She has no right to interfere in your life like this. You've done nothing but be kind to her. Akala ko naman naka get over na siya kay Tyler."
I shrugged, feeling defeated. "I don't know what to do, Ruth. She said Tyler still belongs to her, and now I'm doubting everything. Paano kapag nalaman niya yung about kay Tyrone?"
Ruth knelt down in front of me, taking my hands in hers. "Listen to me. You and Tyler are married and you have a child, Tyrone. Whatever Analea thinks or does won't change that. You have a family now, and you need to focus on that. Don't let her words shake you. You are strong, and you will get through this."
I nodded, squeezing her hands. "Thank you, Ruth. I needed to hear that."
Ruth smiled at me, her eyes full of determination. "We'll get through this together. And if Analea tries to cause more trouble, kakalbuhin ko siya."
I couldn't help but chuckle softly, the first hint of a smile breaking through my tears. "I don't know what I'd do without you."
"You'll never have to find out," she promised, giving my hands one last squeeze before standing up. "Now, let's get back to work. We've got patients to take care of, and you need to keep your mind occupied."
I nodded. As we returned to our duties, I felt a small but growing sense of resolve. Analea had tried to undermine my confidence, but with Ruth by my side, I knew I could face whatever challenges lay ahead.

Analea's POV
I walked briskly out of the hospital, my left hand still bandaged from the earlier incident at the airport.
