Glenn Thames decided to get on good terms with his co-parent-in-law. The Thames family faced widespread criticism after Luke, the heir, married a girl of common birth.
He wanted to strangle those fools, but he stopped himself because the creature with him right now is not normal.
One with limitless reincarnations.
The other was a transmigrator with immortality.
His ancient power allows him to see the length and number of lives a person has lived.
"Um..."
"Rhae." The redhead man replied, "My name is Rhaegal; you can call me Rhae."
He is much more amicable than the average selfish person, though he is a little proud.
"Of course I am proud; you know I am not human."
Can he read what I am thinking?
Rhae smirked, "I know more than you do about yourself."
"Close the windows," Glenn Thames ordered.
"Since we are already co-parents-in-law, let me reintroduce myself once more: I am Rhaegal, the Vermillion Dragon, Tara's father," Rhae explained.
Glenn was surprised. The Vermillion Dragon, also known as the Blood Dragon, is right before him. He was the cause of the dragon race's extinction. The dragon had once ruled the skies, but they are now peaceful thanks to him.
That dragon was referred to as the end and beginning of the Era.
The Dragon Lord is the most dangerous of all dragons.
His attention was quickly drawn to the child sitting beside the dragon.
"I am Cale Barrow, a human." The child next to the man said, "I am Tara's mother."
Glenn looked at the golden-haired man sitting pretty, his dangerous glare directed at them.
"He is Eruhaben, my father, and Tara's grandfather," Rhae explained on his behalf. The old dragon seems to have preferred not to interfere. Of course, it is customary for parents to communicate rather than grandparents to intervene.
Glenn paled. Even though he had expected it, he could not get over Luke's indiscretion with a dragon's daughter.
"It's surprising, but I guess I don't have to. I thought dragons were eccentric beings so I'm quite lost right now."
"Don't worry. We're mighty beings, but we're not heartless creatures." The redhead gazed at his daughter. He gave a satisfied smile and said, "It is fine."
Glenn recognized that the man in front of him was simply the man who adored his daughter the most. The Thames smiled and felt relieved after seeing that. Any parent would do anything for their children, and he understood why this man acted the way he did.
Even he would beat up the bastard who impregnated his daughter; unfortunately, he did not have a daughter.
"She will have twins," the golden-haired man explained, "one with Dragon power and the other human."
"And?"
"Your bloodline possesses unique characteristics that allowed you to control the curse on my daughter."
What?? Curse?
"It served as a lid to the overpowering curse; it was one of the reasons I permitted their union."
Glenn was aware that their blood was special. They studied time and were cursed with it. The dragon recognised this and allowed his daughter to be with a human.
