LORI HAD MIXED FEELINGS about the message. Last night he was staring at her lips, now that message?! shes definitely going crazy.
She didn't know what to do. Today they were going to hang out, and he might be asking her out. Or she was just overthinking it? she didn't know.
Overthinking was her usual route. It might lead to doing something bad or good. This time it could be either.
Her emotions were on different levels, but she had to chill out because Jack was coming over. The lead of it all.
She took a deep breath, and dusted off her clothes, which were white sweatpants with a black crop-top.
Lori could think about this later. Her eyes glance towards the tulips that were in her best vase. it couldn't leave that one item.
She then looked up at the ceiling to calm herself. He likes her.
Her ears peaked up at the sound of her front door opening. It was probably Jack.
Soon enough, she felt arms come around her. Jack. She thought before smiling.
"guess who." Loris breath hitches as his breath reached her neck.
"Jack?" Lori guessed positively with a grin. She smelled flowers. She then looked down to where the flowers were. Glitter roses.
"Correct." He said, then grabbing loris waist, making her facing him. "Your award are these glitter roses, princess." He flirted sarcastically. Lori couldn't tell if he was actually being sarcastic or not.
Lori takes them with a smile, before flirting back. "Why thank you, my prince." She said looking in his eyes, before back at the roses.
Jack blushes slightly.
"No, but really these are so cool, JJ." Lori added on, saying his nickname with a grin. Jack then smirked.
"I'm glad you liked them. What do I get in return?" He asked teasingly. Lori looked up at him.
"Whatever you choose." Lori replied, continuing to look up at him with a grin.
"Oh?" He stopped before smirking wider. "What if I ask for a kiss?" He asked.
"Then you get it." Lori replied. She liked the playful banter, that is flirting.
"Then I choose a kiss." Jack said with a smile. Lori couldn't believe what was happening, but walked towards him making them only inches apart.
She got on her tip toes and kissed him softly. Jacks eyes widened. He didn't expect her to actually do it, but is glad she did anyway.
Lori exited the kiss with a step back. Jack then grabbed her waist and kissed her harder.
Jack then pulled away. "So eager, are we?" Lori asked before getting out of his grip.
Jack laughed, and looked up at the ceiling in disbelief of her behavior after their moment.
Lori then laughed and covered her mouth. Their banter was laughter after laughter.
Lori was glad she wasn't overthinking. Jack then grabbed her waist. "how about we go get slushies, as that was where we met up for the first time?" He asked.
Lori grinned and nodded. "First I have to find another vase for this." She added onto her nod. Jack nodded.
"I'll be waiting in the car." He says. Once he leaves the house fully, Lori immediately goes to the kitchen.
She jumped in happiness, before going back to finding a vase.
