Flamboyant was an understatement. With his proceeds of crime, Jahn had built a replica castle based on his favourite war film, Escape from Colditz. It was much smaller than the original, and none of the buildings were to scale, but it looked impressive and was still more than a challenge for anyone wanting to gain entry. Situated to the West of Meganta, it overlooked a vast forest. The news hadn't yet filtered to Jahn and his team.
Jen was already on her way.
The intelligence provided by Thomas' team suggested that the best approach was to come from within the woods and use a higher vantage point to start her attack. Jahn typically had around fifteen men with him, heavily armed as well. It was too far to trek, so Thomas had supplied some of the army's newest equipment. Jen would approach through the woods on a super quiet e-scrambler, which Thomas had stolen, amongst other equipment, for his requirements.
Jen made her way through the forest, and the e-bike was making short work of the rough terrain. Jen had got about mid-way up the sloping forest terrain when she came across a 4x4 parked up. She stopped listening for any voices, unsure if they were hunters or Jahn's men. And there it was, between the gaps of the enchanting forest sounds, she heard two voices walking back towards the 4x4. Jen moved the e-bike to cover and concealed it. She then waited near the 4x4; the voices slowly got louder as they neared; coming into sight, Jen could see two well-built six-foot-plus males, both with automatic rifles across their shoulders. They didn't have the usual look of hunters, so Jen presumed they were Jahn's men.
Jen waited for the men to get nearer, keeping still amongst the foliage. As they neared, Jen's arm came out at ground level, grabbing the ankle of one of the passing men. Her powerful, sudden pull caused his leg to shoot backwards, tipping his whole body forward as he fell to the floor. The other male turned, laughing at first, thinking his colleague had tripped, his face soon turning to surprise as Jen revealed herself from cover, launching her fist into his jaw. The decisive blow knocked him off his feet and to the ground. Jen moved out into the open; she grabbed the automatic rifle of the first male, her muscular arms snapping the gun in half. Turning, she saw the first male getting to his feet. Jen kicked him, and he fell onto his back. The second male rushed over, powerfully built. He launched a flurry of hard blows to her body, which had no effect whatsoever, her muscles absorbing every punch. He stepped back, looking for his rifle. The first male, slightly dazed, ran over towards Jen, jumping on her back, and as he did so, the second male again launched a flurry of punches. He was hitting Jen in the face hard. Her lip split and blood started to flow down her face; she wiped it away. Jen caught his next punch, her mighty hand clamping around his fist. He was shocked for a second until the pain took over as she crushed his fist. The bones cracked as her powerful forearm tensed, and he fell to his knees, screaming in pain. The first man, who was still on Jen's back, applied some kind of chokehold to her. Jen was previously a fighter, so she was more than prepared for this move, but she had one significant advantage. Her unreal strength. Moving her hands up, she grabbed onto his arms and pulled. Her biceps tensed as she pulled on his forearms hard; her casual strength was enough to dislocate both of his shoulders, pulling them out of their sockets; she then threw him over her shoulder so he landed in front of her feet. Bending down, her muscular arms grabbed onto his damaged body, and she lifted him with ease above her head. With a step back, Jen threw the male, launching him with considerable force into the tree's thick trunk five feet away, the bark cracking as his body crashed into the trunk. Jen walked over, placing her boot on his chest.
After asking, "How many at the castle?" she pushed down harder.
"Fuck you!" was his reply.
Jen didn't ask again, and she didn't care either. She moved her boot so it was directly over his heart, and her quads powered a downward force that was unbearable for the male, her foot shattering his rib cage; she didn't stop there and continued to press down, crushing his heart as her boot pushed through his body. After seeing this horror, the second male ran over a thick branch in hand and swung it hard over Jen's head. The thick branch snapped in half as it hit her on the top of her neck, just below her head. She turned around, replying with a downward kick, her boot targeting his knee. An audible snap was heard as her unstoppable kick broke his knee.
He started to crawl away, his fear overriding his immense pain; who was she? Her strength was out of this world. He started to crawl as fast as he could towards the 4x4. Jen walked over to her electric e-bike, grabbing the forks and rear frame, her muscles tensing as she lifted the two hundred-and forty-two pounds* electric beast off the ground, raising it above her head like a child's bicycle. Walking a few steps behind him, his face looked in horror; he knew what was coming, pleading and begging for his survival. Jen ignored his weak request and threw the electric motocross bike down on top of him, her muscles launching the e-bike so hard when it hit the ground the front forks snapped off the bike, and the rest embedded itself in the ground, pinning him to the spot. She ambled over and stood over his bloody face, her hands reaching down to hold his head before violently twisting it and breaking his neck.
Jen walked over to the 4x4 and drove off, continuing up the steep forest path. She didn't take long to reach the vantage point overlooking the castle. The lookouts relaxed, knowing it was one of their own. Jen removed her smartphone, and a whisper-quiet military drone descended within minutes. It was carrying the latest in explosives underneath its frame. Jen carefully removed them and then secured them to the 4x4. She went to start the engine, but the 4x4 wouldn't start. She went to the back of the truck.
Her knees slightly bent as she gripped the rusted bumper. Leaning forward, her muscles tensing, the truck moved slightly before its brakes stopped it. Jen pushed harder, her muscles tensed. The brakes groaned as they struggled against her strength. There were multiple noises of metal snapping as the cast iron callipers broke under strain; the 4x4 continued to roll forward, and Jen released her hands and gave the momentum a helping hand with a kick at the back of the truck. It picked up speed as it hurtled down towards the castle wall.
The lookout spotted the vehicle approaching at speed, thinking his colleagues were messing about, but he didn't have too much concern. He laughed. It was his last laugh, though. The heavy 4x4 smashed through the weak wall and into the main courtyard. Each rectangular box attached to the 4x4 ejected strange spheres about golf ball size that stuck onto various stone walls. A huge explosion then chain reacted across the spheres. The explosions were ferocious, causing buildings to collapse, and fires also raged, burning everything in sight.
