Hi, it's now 1:26 am. I'll release this in the morning :)

Roman sat on his bed, trying really hard to do his homework, which amounted to using Logan's answers he received over text. Although he only had to copy the math equations, he couldn't stop thinking about what happened.

~After School, Earlier That Day~

Roman decided to just go to the auditorium after school, much to Remus' surprise. He walked the halls, thinking of how he'd find Virgil just sweeping or labeling props or... whatever backstage people do while the others act.

He was also thinking of Virgil, which became a trend the past few days for the musical fanatic. From the drawings he saw during art class to his witty, fast remarks, his unique patchwork hoodie that matched his complexion well... his adorable smile whenever Patton talked about his interests... y'know, normal things for a teenage guy to think about!

As Roman pushed open the doors to the dark auditorium, he heard faint singing of the Beetlejuice soundtrack. Looking up, he was surprised to see Virgil! Granted, he wasn't in his hoodie and was smiling and singing but it was him! He looked like he was engrossed in the song, Roman quietly watching from a dark seat.

He watched Virgil sing, genuinely belting out his own version of 'Say My Name' with accuracy and enthusiasm. To be honest, he felt like he was stalking Virgil. As he saw Virgil finish the song with a huge smile, he started clapping out of habit, watching Virgil look at him...

Now he was back in his room, banging his head against his desk and trying to stop thinking of the new kid turned crush. Roman sighed, walking to the bathroom as he saw something that made his heart drop in shock. A new message on the mirror...

'Hey, is this Roman?'

What? Was his hint that great on Virgil's cast? Did Virgil just see him staring at him in art class...? Oh god, he must think I'm insane! Roman quickly grabbed a marker and wrote something back. He needed to find out who this was, and more importantly... if it was Virgil.

'Auditorium, 2:30 after school, please meet me there!'

Roman stepped back to look at his work, smiling as he went back to his homework. Now, he just had to wait. Tomorrow, he'd either meet the emo he'd been thinking about or meet someone else he would spend his life with.

Cliff-hanger of 2 years in the making, maybe. I'm finishing this next chapter, I know it's not long or well-thought out but I never know when I'd actually be back to finish this and it's not that popular so I might as well finish it for the few people invested :)
