Steve and Phil Coulson stepped off of the quinjet once it landed on the Helicarrier and was met with Natasha.
"Agent Romanoff, Captain America." Phil introduced the two with a straight face trying to hide his excitement of meeting Captain America.
"Ma'am." Steve nodded in her direction with a polite expression on his face.
"Hi. Phil, they need you on the bridge, they're starting the Face-Trace." Natasha took a moment to acknowledge Steve before putting her full attention onto Phil to inform him of the current happenings.
"See you there, I suppose." Phil answered and started to walk away in the direction of the bridge.
After Phil left Natasha and Steve stayed on the landing strip just a little longer to chat before they were greeted by the one and only doctor Bruce Banner.
"Dr. Banner." Steve greeted the man once he was close enough to shake hands with the man.
"Oh um yeah, They had told me that you would be coming." He answered, slightly distracted.
"Word is you'll find the cube." Steve stated with interest.
"Is that the only word regarding me?" Bruce asked slightly disappointed about where the conversation was going.
"Only word I care about." Steve smiled and responded honestly.
Later on one the Helicarrier was up and camouflaged the three were led to a lab by Phil and Fury and as the doors opened they were greeted by the one and only Tony Stark.
"How's it going?" He asked while pushing his sunglasses down the bridge of his nose to get a better look at everyone.
"Tony." Natasha greeted with a sour tone.
"Didn't you miss me, Ms. Rushman?" Tony pouted in mock disappointment.
"I don't understand why he's here after my evaluation regarding him." Natasha looked towards Fury with a glare.
"We needed his fathers information." Fury said while walking over towards the chair nestled in the corner of the room.
"Can't have that without his son, Unfortunately." Phil cut in while looking over at Tony with an unreadable expression on his face.
"Agent you wound me." Tony held where his heart was and hissed as if he was in pain.
"You annoy me." Phil glared and turned towards the door when he heard it open.
"At least say you missed me." You laughed lightly when you saw the expression on his face.
"Y/N, What are you doing up here?" Phil asked with a surprised expression once he registered that you were actually there in front of him.
"Who is this? I thought SHIELD didn't allow civilians to be aware of their organization." Steve asked while looking at you from head to toe.
"That would be Stark's assistant. Ms. Y/N Coulson." Natasha said obviously unaware of your current status.
"Wait, Coulson. Agent Coulson, are you married or related to each other somehow. Maybe her father?" Bruce asked, suddenly interested in what was currently happening in the room.
"No, She's my baby sister. Unfortunately no longer a Coulson either." Phil grumbled while looking over in Tony's direction causing everyone to raise a brow in questioning.
"She's my wife." Tony stated with pride while walking over towards you and wrapped an arm around your waist before pulling you closer to him and kissing your temple.
"The Man of Iron has a lady companion." Thor's voice bellowed and you could have sworn that you saw the glass vibrate from how powerful his voice was.
"Wait, when did that happen? I knew something was going on between the two of you when I was undercover but that was almost five years ago." Natasha pondered as she looked between the two of you.
"We actually got married four years ago but when we met we had been dating for maybe a year at that point." You answered her but figured the others were curious as well.
"Now, Tell me why Tony. Why did you bring my sister up here knowing how dangerous this mission was going to be." Phil walked closer to Tony with a glare.
"You know how she is. Couldn't take no for an answer and it didn't help that you were the one to send the message." Tony defended himself and raised the hand that wasn't resting on your hip in surrender to your brother.
"She can be pretty stubborn." Phil sighed and backed away.
"She's a troublemaker for sure but she's mine. Isn't that right, Sweetheart." Tony asked while nuzzling his nose into your hair lovingly.
"Sure, But if you keep pushing that narrative I'm going to withhold sex for a week as punishment." You looked up at his face and rolled your eyes when you saw him smiling down at you.
Steve and Bruce cleared their throats at the same time and their faces were beet red at your punishment for your husband.
"Sweetheart, you wouldn't. You'd miss me and of course another part of me as well too much by the end of the first day." Tony tried to reason with a smirk on his face but dug a deeper hole for himself but stopped with his playful banter once he saw you narrow your eyes at him in warning.
"Note taken. I'll be over here if you need me, Honey." Tony slowly removed his hand from your lower back and moved to the other side of the room before you could say what you were thinking at that moment.
"Good boy, Now Phil tell me what the heck is happening and don't try to lie to me." You turned to look at your brother who was looking over at you with a disgusted expression on his face from your previous comment towards Tony.
"First of all ew, Please never say that when I'm in the same room with you, actually make that the same state ever again and two We're searching for the tesseract.We currently have Loki in custody and are conducting interrogations as we speak." Phil explained knowing that you would pester him until he gave you the information that you wanted to know.
"Interesting. Performed a psych eval yet?" You inquired while walking around towards the scepter and examined it.
"Ma'am, Maybe we should leave this to the professionals." Steve said as he watched you closely.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Tony and Phil spoke at the same time while looking between you and Steve, waiting patiently for your reaction to Steve.
"Honey, I am a professional. I graduated from Brown University with a major in Econometrics and quantitative economics and a minor in International relations and affairs as well as physiology because I was bored. So you tell me if I'm qualified or not." You snapped at him through gritted teeth knowing that he was undermining you without knowing who you are and your life achievements.
"Trust me, Brown is an intense university. I mean the acceptance rate is only five point one percent." Phil added with pride and attempted to prove your point further.
"She's also the current CEO of Stark Industries. And a damn good one at that." Tony made sure to say while beaming with pride for his wife.
"Okay, I think the man understands that he messed up and made a poor first impression of himself." Natasha looked at Steve seeing his expression of shame then looking over towards Bruce and saw him studying you with interest.
"Don't try to underestimate me again, Captain." You stated then moved to the seat next to Fury.
