Chapter Fourteen Would you Rather and a Movie

Jayden's POV

After Nash and I's talk I went to Hayes and I's room to change. I grab a tournament t-shirt and my Nike shorts. I walk into the bathroom to change. I quickly get changed and walk back into the room. I see Hayes is staring at me again.
"Do you enjoy looking at me, Grier?" I ask with a short laugh.
"I enjoy looking at beautiful things." He says with a smirk. We stand their a little until I break the silence,
"Okay Grier, let's go see what Nash and Cam are doing." I say as I grab his hand and drag him to Nash and Cameron's room.
We walk in to find Nash and Cam on Nash's bed.
"Hey guys, what you doing?" I ask as I take a seat next to Nash on the bed.
"We were thinking of having a movie marathon or playing would you rather." Cam says.
"Let's play would you rather and then we can watch a movie." I say. Then, everyone sits in a circle on Nash's bed.
"Okay Jayden, you start." Nash says gesturing to me.
"Okay...Cameron, would you rather have never met Nash or your girlfriend Kendall?" I say.
"Sorry Nash, but I love Kendall." Cam says. I look over at Nash and he's pretending to be hurt by Cam's answer.
"Okay, Cam it's your turn to ask a question." Nash says.
"Okay...Nash, would you rather ship Hayes away to Africa or ship Jayden to Canada?" Cam says.
"I would ship Hayes in a heartbeat." Nash says.
"I'm related to you!" Hayes says in defense.
"Jayden and I are practically siblings and she doesn't bug me every second of the day." Nash says as he pulls me into a brother-sister hug thing. I let out a laugh and then Hayes takes his turn,
"Jayden...would you rather kill Nash or Cameron?"
"Sorry Cam, but Nash is my brother." I say as I give Nash another brother-sister hug.
"Yeah yeah, you guys are weird." Cam says.
"Okay my turn again! Nash, would you rather never had become famous on Vine or be kidnapped my a bunch of fans." I say.
"I would probably never become famous on Vine because fans scare me sometimes." He says with a laugh.
"Okay...Jayden, would you rather date Luke or Hayes?" Nash says as we wiggles his eyebrows.
"Luke? You mean Luke from the football team? I mean he's a great friend, but I like the boy I already have." I say as I glance over at Hayes. He looked at Nash with the death stare and then he looked at me with a smile.
"Let's watch the movie now." I say because things were getting awkward.
"Yeah, can we watch The Blind Slide?" Nash says as he readjust himself on the bed.
"Yeah, sure." I say as I put the movie in the player. Then, I plop down on the bed and snuggle up the Hayes.
"I love you Jayden." Hayes whispers in my ear as the movie starts.
"I love you too, Grier." I whisper back. Hayes places his hand on my thigh that's under the blankets. I look over at him and he smiles and then starts rubbing his thumb up and down my leg. Slowly our leg intertwine. Then he laces our fingers together. I lay my head on his shoulder and watch the rest of the movie. I try really hard to stay awake through the whole thing, but I fail drastically. I'm out like a light when we're only 35 minutes into the movie.

A few hours into my slumber I feel a hand slip under my thighs and feel my body lifted from where I was laying. I'm then carried to my room and I open my eyes. I start to climb the ladder and then I look over to Hayes who is climbing onto the bottom bunk.
"Hayes, can I sleep down there with you?" I say in a soft voice. He moves over and pats the spot on the bed next to him. I slowly get down from the ladder and crawl into the bed.
I feel two arms wrap around me and my legs intertwine with Hayes'.
"Don't get any crazy ideas, Grier. I'm only fourteen." I say as I lay my head on his shoulder. Then, I slowly drift off into sleep. Right before sleep takes over my body I hear a faint voice,
"I love you Jay. I would never let anything happen to you...I promise." It was Hayes. Then, I felt him kiss my forehead. I fall asleep with a smile on my face. What is this boy doing to me?

Jayden and Hayes are cute. Despite the crazy stuff that went on in the cave, they're still pretty adorable.
