"Now that everyone's decided on their hero names, we can now talk about your upcoming internships. They'll last for one week. As for who you'll be working with. Those of you who were on the board will choose from among your offers everyone else will have a different list. You have a lot to think about. There are around 40 agencies across the country who've agreed to take on interns from your class. Each agency has a different specialty that its heroes focus on. Keep that in mind." My father explained.

"Imagine that you were Thirteen. You'd want to choose a place that focuses on rescuing people, not fighting villains. Understand?" Midnight asked.

"Think carefully before you decide." My father finished and everyone gave him the usual 'yes, sir' before the school bell rang.

Everyone was given their lists and started talking about who they wanted to go intern with. My eyes widened when I saw that the Best Jeanist was on my list. My whole body started shaking with excitement. I already knew who I would be interning with, I didn't have to look at any of the other offers.

"So guys have you decided what pro agency you wanna go for?" Mina asked after everyone had been thinking about it for a while.

"Mt. Lady's my top choice!" Mineta said, causing me to roll my eyes. What a pervert.

"I'm going for the Best Jeanist, he's amazing and who I looked up to as a kid. Not to mention he sent me an offer! How cool is that!" I giggle and throw my hands in the air doing jazz hands.

I've got several other offers from pros. I got one from Hawks, Mt. Lady, Edgeshot, etc. But the Best Jeanist is the one I want the most. Then it would probably be Hawks, but I don't want to go to a completely different city for this. Especially not alone. Unless someone else also got him... which I think Tokoyami might have.

"YOU GOT AN OFFER FROM HIM! THAT'S WHERE I'M GOING!" Bakugo shouted and all my happiness melted away as I lay my top half on my desk. This is going to be the longest internship ever!

"No! You can't go there! I can't spend the whole week with you!" I whined and half the class started laughing.

Bakugo and I are like complete opposites, and I know I said we were somewhat friends. But that doesn't matter, I don't want to handle a whole week with the angry dude! I want to spend a whole week with someone that made me want to be a hero. This absolutely sucks.

"You don't want to spend time with me?! I don't want to spend time with you!" Bakugo shouted back and I groaned in response.

"I want to strangle you!" I shout and he scoffs but the words I spoke are completely true, I do want to strangle him.

"I'd like to see you try!" Bakugo shouted back.

"You don't think I can do it! I might have lost to you, but that's just because you caught me off guard!" I shouted when a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and started dragging me, "Don't you think this is the end! DAMN IT SHOTO LET ME GO!"

-------------------------------------------------------

"To be perfectly frank, I don't like you very much." The Best Jeanist said to Bakugo making me stick my tongue out at him and he rolled his eyes at me, "I know full well why you chose my agency. Because I'm one of the top five most popular heroes."

"Hey, look, you're the one who made an offer for me," Bakugo replied, there was no stopping the annoyance and anger he had.

"Yes. Recently, all my receipts have been perfect little angels, so you certainly stood out. I watched the way you fought at the sports festival. You have a good handle on your powerful quirk and a decent grasp of its applications as well. You're an outstanding talent. I'd say you're already good enough to take on as a sidekick. However, you do have a fatal flaw. You believe you're the best and display that belief without regard for how it reflects on you or your image. You have a ferocious nature."

"Don't tell me you brought me here just to give me a lecture!" Bakugo replied and I couldn't help but giggle, "DON'T LAUGH AT ME!"

Just like that, his whole body was tied by the Best Jeanist's quirk. He really was amazing, to say the least. Looks super funny, but amazing.

"I have to correct people like you. It's part of my duty to society. Heroes and villains are cut from the same cloth. So your job here is to watch me. I'll show you what makes someone a hero."

"What in the hell are you doing?" Bakugo asked, I stepped away slightly, nervous this would be another one of those times he needs to be tied up... wait that's happening.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm educating you on becoming an exemplary pro. That included being aware of the way you speak, your appearance, controlling your emotions, your morals. There are countless things you need to learn, but in the brief period of one week, I will stitch these things into the fabric of your being." The Best Jeanist said before turning to me, "And you, you intrigued me. I noticed that you do have good hand-to-hand combat, but it could be better. And I can tell that you're the one to put up a fight. This is why I've chosen you two together. The two of you could be a powerful team."

Bakugo and I looked at each other, I didn't think that would happen. Bakugo and I? Work together?

"What?!" We both asked, our voices raised.

"You've both got a fire in you, a fire that causes you to use your anger. I haven't seen you use your anger, but I can tell that you do have it, and you will use it." He said looking at me before continuing, "Two angry heroes working together can change the world. You can use your anger in a good way."

That's when it hit me. Bakugo and I were a lot alike. I wasn't angry as he was 24/7, but I felt that anger a lot. Just maybe though, we could work well together.
