More than 100 years ago, the medical world has announced the medical treatment for patients that has been claimed to be in a [Brain Dead] state. This treatment is specifically aimed for a special kind of doctor to enter the spiritual world of the patient through a biomedical technology. The doctors will serve as a guide for the patient in the spiritual world and make sure that the patient's brain waves become more active and eventually recover to a normal stage. After the treatment, the guide will be given the choice whether to erase their memories during the treatment or to keep them. If they wish to keep the memories, they will be asked to sign an agreement that stated; they will not impose anything from the spiritual world to the patient in the real world, or even bother them. Erasing memories is commendable for the guide to ensure that it will not affect their lives. The plot given to the guide only serves as the spiritual world's template, the guide will have to make their own decisions when the situation asks for it. They don't have to follow the plot too much as long as they complete all their missions. The guide's missions involve some events in the patient's life that must follow the plot, because these events serve as catalysts to stimulate the patient's brain waves. After completing all the missions, the guide may choose to exit the spiritual world immediately or wait until the patient reaches his/her livespan in that world. If the guide chooses to leave immediately, they will have to wait for 48 hours to enter another spiritual world of the patient. If they choose to wait in that world, they will only need to wait for 24 hours in the real world, which is the amount of time needed to construct another spiritual world from data that the patient will have to experience. During treatment the guides are not allowed to mention anything about the real world or the treatment program to the patient. This is to ensure that the patient will not be having any confusions that might lead to mental problems during and after treatment. Later on, this medical program will also be used to treat mental problems, because this medical program has been proven to be effective for treatments. Although the program is the same, which is entering the patient's spiritual world, the plot of the world will be adjusted to the needs of the patient's treatment plan. The patient's memories will also be sealed.
