Tyler's POV

As I walked back into the living room, I immediately sensed the tension. My dad stood there, his expression grave, questioning the instructors about the wild boar incident.

"Why was there a wild boar in the bird hunting area? This is a secure place," Dad's voice was stern, reflecting his concern for everyone's safety.

The instructors looked uneasy, one of them stepping forward to explain, "Sir, we checked the perimeter fencing earlier, but we discovered that someone had cut through it. We apologize for the oversight."

My dad's brow furrowed in frustration. "Who would do such a thing?" His voice held a mix of disbelief and anger.

The instructors exchanged uncertain glances, unable to provide an answer. Dad dismissed them with a wave of his hand, clearly displeased.

As they left, murmurs of disbelief and concern erupted from Mark, Caleb, Lucas, and Ruth, each voicing their thoughts on the potential danger posed by someone's actions.

"I can't believe this happened," Mark muttered, shaking his head.

"Someone endangered all of us," Caleb added, his tone grim.

Lucas nodded in agreement, "It's reckless and could have been disastrous."

Ruth looked worried, her concern evident. "We need to find out who's responsible for this. Avery almost got into trouble."

"Why don't you check the CCTV?" Thalia suggested. She's right.

Stepping forward, I took charge, directing my next words to Mr. Fernandez. "Mr. Fernandez, check the CCTV footage covering the entire farm. We need to see if anyone was near the perimeter before the boar incident."

Mr. Fernandez nodded resolutely and swiftly left to carry out my instructions.

"Let's continue our discussion at dinner. I need to rest for a bit." Dad suggested. Mom assisted him as they went upstairs.

"You all should rest too." Avery's dad also said. He patted my shoulder again before he and Mrs. Miranda went upstairs.

As the tension in the house began to subside, we decided to take a break and head outside. The fresh air would do us all some good. Hapon na rin at malapit na magdilim.

Walking out to the side of the farmhouse, we found a cozy setup waiting for us: camping chairs arranged in a circle around a long table, a large white projector screen ready for movies or karaoke, inflatable beds neatly arranged, and dim lights being set up by the farm staff. A bonfire pit was also prepared nearby, promising warmth and light for the evening.

To our surprise, Secretary KC and a few maids were already there, preparing a grill for later.

Thalia approached Secretary KC. "What are you guys getting ready for?" she asked.

Secretary KC looked up and smiled. "Master Tyler asked us to prepare some pulutan and some beers for tonight. It's a little something to help everyone unwind."

Suddenly, I remembered making that request during our drive to the farmhouse. "Oh, right, I did ask for that," I said. Muntik ko na ito makalimutan. Masyadong maraming nangyari ngayong araw.

My friends' faces lit up with excitement. "Finally, we get to have a drink again," Mark exclaimed.

"Yeah, it's been a long day. We could use a break," Caleb added.

Lucas nodded eagerly. "I'm in. Let's get this going."

"Mark, Caleb, Lucas, you guys take care of the food. Secretary KC, you and the maids can relax for now." Utos ko. Hindi naman sila nagreklamo at sinimulan na nilang tatlo na mag ihaw.
