What a boring epilogue! These two had a happy ending, even though they didn't deserve it. I think out loud after finishing reading the last chapter of The Beginning After The End released.
"Get off that cell phone and go to sleep" says my aunt warningly and a little irritated.
Not wanting to anger her further, I do as she asked. After lying down on the bed, I close my eyes, but my mind doesn't calm down, thinking about what my life would be like in the world that turtle created.
"Ugh" I say after failing to fall asleep and get ready to get out of bed.
When I put one foot on the ground a feeling of tiredness suddenly comes over me and I fall face down on the ground, but I don't feel the pain I should feel, just the distant echo of the sound that was caused after my body hit the cold floor, and darkness.
The endless darkness in all directions conveyed the cozy warmth that kept me from going crazy. I don't know how much time passed, but at a certain point, I noticed a bright light that seemed to pulse in the middle of all the darkness and, with each pulse, it got bigger and bigger until the light swallowed me.
Little by little I began to feel a shrill cold and large hands held my body, my body?
I noticed distant, muffled sounds. Confused, I tried to open my eyes, only to be faced with an endless array of colors and shapes that my sensitive eyes struggled to adapt to.
The first thing I could see was a beautiful woman with purple eyes, modest breasts and... pointy ears? I wanted to swear, but what I did was let out a childish scream, and my eyes started to water.
"Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Eralith, it's a healthy boy!" Said a woman.
"It looks like Virion will finally have a brother he wanted so much" Said the woman who held me in her arms, maybe it was right to call her mother.
"Prepare a party! All Elenoir will meet her second prince"
Eralith, Elenoir. I was reborn as an elf prince in Arthur's world!
