Once upon a time, in a grand palace adorned with gold and jewels, lived Empress Kody, Emperor Lucius, and Duke Cedric. The three of them had grown up together, their childhood filled with laughter and joy. Kody was a kind and gentle soul, loved by all for her compassion and grace. Lucius was a noble and just ruler, respected by his kingdom for his wisdom and leadership. Cedric, the Duke, was a loyal friend to both Kody and Lucius, always by their side through thick and thin.
But fate had other plans for the trio.

One day, a wicked maid serving Kody's stepmother and stepsister spread malicious rumors that Kody's husband, Lucius, was cheating on her with her stepsister. The lies quickly spread throughout the kingdom, turning the once beloved empress into an object of scorn and disdain.
Kody's heart broke as she watched her beloved husband grow distant, as she started to believe the false accusations.

Desperate to save her marriage, Kody confronted her stepsister, only to be accused of trying to kill her in a fit of jealousy. In a cruel twist of fate, Lucius, consumed by anger and betrayal, believed the lies and took matters into his own hands. His heart heavy with sorrow, he ended Kody's life, unable to bear the thought of her betrayal.

Devastated by the loss of his dear friend and the truth behind Kody's innocence, Duke Cedric could not bear the weight of his guilt and sorrow. In a moment of despair, he took his own life, unable to live with the pain of his own betrayal.
As the news of the tragic events spread throughout the kingdom, Emperor Lucius, consumed by grief and regret, could not bear the burden of his actions.
With a heavy heart, he took his own life, unable to live with the knowledge that he had killed the one he loved most.
And so, the once harmonious trio found themselves reborn in a new life in Japan, their souls forever entwined in a bittersweet tale of betrayal and love.
