No matter what, you will not look back. You'll run as fast as you can. Do you get it, Wolfie? Taehyung said, fret laced on his face.

But you-- I'll join you after making sure that they are not coming behind us anymore. He cut me off in between and kissed my forehead.

I just closed my eyes and snuggled my face in his chest.
Promise me you'll come to me, promise that you won't sacrifice yourself. I gazed upon his eyes.

I promise. It slipped from his mouth, instantly. But his eyes said otherwise, forcing me to clench my fists tightly on his shirt not wanting to leave him behind.

I won't leave you behind, we'll go together. I hugged him tightly, not wanting to let go of him.

Don't you wanna live with me and kookie, peacefully? He asked, his voice so deep and soft calming my tensed form.

I do want to. I replied and a sob left my mouth.

Take care of her, Jungkook. I'll meet you after a few hours. Taehyung said and glanced at me with a soft smile on his face.

Don't forget about your promise. I reminded him and walked past him with a heavy heart, my hand intertwined with Jungkook's.

Don't worry, he'll be fine and will come to us as soon as possible. Jungkook kissed my temple walking towards the deep forest.

I nodded my head and glanced towards Taehyung one last time.

I love you. He mouthed with his most beautiful boxy smile making the sides of my lips twitch upwards but the smile turned into a frown when I saw "him". The same vampire who killed my grandmother. Sweat formed on my forehead.

And what he did next, made me fall on my knees. Tears escaped my eyes like a waterfall.

He stabbed Taehyung with a sharp wooden stake from behind piercing it through his heart. Taehyung fell on the ground looking straight in my eyes. A tear escaped his eyes and then he closed his eyes.

Taehyung! I screamed and jerked up.

Y/n! Y/n! what happened, sweetheart. I heard a familiar female voice but I cared less.

Taehyung, Where's Taehyung? I frightly looked around the whole room but to my disappointment, he wasn't here.

As I was going to get off my bed, someone wrapped their arms around me, calming my messed up mind.

Mo-th-er? A whisper left my mouth and I tightened my arms around her, snuggling my face in the crook of her neck.

Calm down my sweetheart, Calm down. I'm here with you. My mother whispered in my ear caressing my back gently.

But Tae-taehyung--- he's alright and in his senses too. He even forcefully barged into your room to check on you and when he made sure that you are alright he left. Jimin said gritting his teeth.

He came here? I broke the hug and looked in my mother's eyes.

Yes, he left an hour ago, my mother replied.

Did he say anything? I asked her.

No, he just forcefully entered your room and locked it from inside and then came out back after three or four hours maybe. My mother told me.

I need to meet him. I impatiently got up from my bed but my mother held my hand.

You are not going to meet him again. Nor him neither the other one. She said, her voice was cold and firm.

What do you mean? I raised my brows at her.

I said you won't meet those "Vampires" she pressed on the word vampires.

Jimin has told me everything and I'm against it just like him. Vampires are manipulative and most importantly they are our biggest enemies. My mother said with her hands folded in front of her chest.

Not all vampires are the same. They are not bad. They love me. I raised my voice a little, not liking the way she talked about them.

I said you won't meet them then, you won't. And that's my order. She snapped at me and angrily left my room.

Jimin! I called him who was standing there all the time.

He slowly moved towards me and sat in front of me.

It's ok Jimin, please don't blame yourself. I was the one who challenged your wolf, the leader of our pack. So, I got my punishment and even my wounds have healed totally.

But still--- no but, just forget whatever happened earlier. I cut him off in between and smiled towards him.

I love you, my little sister. He kissed my forehead.
I love you too, bro. I smiled at him.

I need to see Taehyung, please Jimin. I pleaded to him.

I know, it hurts you but it's for your best. You can't be with them. He said and left the room.

I will be with them and that's my best. I gritted my teeth and moved towards my bathroom to do my morning routine.

On the other hand, at night Taehyung's pov;
As I entered my room after getting rid of that Emi, Jungkook approached me.

How's Y/n? Did she wake up? Are her wounds too deep? Jungkook bombarded me with so many questions.

I sighed and moved towards the bed and sat on it.

Come on, tell me. Jungkook stood in front of me.

She's alright but still unconscious and her wounds have healed too. I sighed and fell on my back on the bed with my eyes closed.

A few minutes have passed without saying a word. Both brothers are lying on the bed, facing the ceiling.

Her mother despises the vampires, I read her mind. Taehyung said still looking towards the ceiling.

Why not, after all she's a wolf too. Jungkook said.

When I went in Y/n's room, her mother was ready to attack me but she controlled herself for y/n.

Her mother hates me and her hate is reasonable after all I was going to ki-kill her. A tear rolled down Taehyung's eyes.

It was not your fault, Tae. You just lost your control and up on that she's still safe. Nothing happened to her. Don't blame yourself. Jungkook looked towards Taehyung.

Lost control, yes I did and what's the guarantee it won't happen again. Huh? Taehyung said with gritted teeth.

I will never forgive myself for this. Taehyung wiped his tears harshly.

But-- no but it's late we should sleep as we have college tomorrow. Taehyung interrupted Jungkook in between and back faced him.

Jungkook let out a deep sigh and turned off the lights.
