Welcome! To KSDA! It's a bit of a heartwarming welcome. At least from me.
I'm Captain Ryu Nakayama, and I'll be leading you in the Agency to hopefully not only gain a better understanding of how to be a great detective, but also make Kanton Springs a safer place for the public.
I've been in this profession for ten years, gaining recognition for my abilities to lead a task force at the age of eighteen in my first year on the job, so you do the math, and come back to me when you've figured out that equation of my experience.
Kanton Springs is meant a to be a safe haven, and now we have to what's best in making sure these vile human beings that incorporate fear upon the city are brought to justice.
But I can't do it alone.
I'll be in need of some help, and that's where I request your help in all of this.
It's not just Kanton Springs that needs your help- the Agency needs your help as well.
