Her heals click clacked on the concrete rushing to reach the doors of rescue. She tightly held her books to her chest, reading glasses sliding off her head onto her nose, with her bag and coat dramatically flying backwards. She had a presentation in exactly 2 hours and if she wanted to face a lecture hall filling more than one hundred students then she needed that cup of coffee and she needed it now.
The bells at the entrance rang announcing to the workers the arrival of a new costumer. "Welcome to Cafe du Coin! what can I get for you today." Iseul had her order already memorized by heart considering the fact she drinks it everyday. However, it slipped past her mind as her eyes locked with his dark brown ones. Her lips opened but nothing would come out. They closed again. Then opened, then closed, then opened again. Until his eyes wrinkled, smile wide portraying warmth. "Hello again. It's been a while hasn't it?"
A while indeed, for in fact the last time these two saw each other was when they had to part ways forever. But was forever really endless?
