It was a dark evening and Nicole was asleep when she heard an explosion from downstairs and rushed downstairs to see what happened. "Daddy? Daddy what happened?" Nicole asked before seeing a few people she didn't know and her dad on the ground injured. "Daddy!" Nicole yelled running over to her dad. "Why is there a kid here?!" One of the men yelled as Nicole's mom Scarlett and her big sister Audrey rushed downstairs to see Nicole by her dad's side. "NICOLE WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Scarlett yelled as Audrey called 911.
When the three got to the hospital they waited worried sick about their father/husband. "I didn't hurt daddy..." Nicole said as Audrey hugged her. "I know... I saw the men too..." Audrey said as the nurse came outside with terrible news. "I'm sorry for your loss..." The nurse said making Nicole cry histarically. When Nicole went home she saw how angry her mom was and before she could say anything, Scarlett hit her hard knocking her on the ground. "YOU BRAT! YOU KILLED MY HUSBAND! YOU LITTLE MURDERER!" Scarlett yelled giving Nicole a beating.
After that, Audrey healed her and every day since Nicole would be beaten by her mother till her step dad and step brother entered the picture where everything got progressively worse.
