32. To the Rescue

Renzo' POV

Someone I believed more and have entrusted my life with has backstabbed me. Pure rage flows down my veins. I can not react now. I need to be calm to save Zoya. Only if they believe I do not know the truth,  will it be easy to execute the plan I am about to plan. I sit on my chair and start thinking of what to do. After a few minutes of thinking a beautiful plan plots itself in my mind. 

I call a meeting for the twelve of my most trusted men. " I have found my wife. We are going to attack the warehouse where they have kept her tomorrow and rescue her. Our Vision on this mission is to kill everyone on our way."

I let the men do the rest of the gathering arms arrangements and return to my office. 

Levi is still on his laptop watching the cameras in the warehouse. "Levi, Check for outgoing calls or messages", I tell him. 

He checks his laptop and nods verifying my assumptions. I mentally do a fist pump. 

Its been a hour since I gave command to my men.  While they were getting all the machinery ready, I have been taking care of other stuff. 

Someone knocks on my door. "Come in", I say. " We are ready sir" one of my men says. I get up from my chair and go to the door. before leaving I tell Levi to be inside my office and never leave it no matter what. I don't trust anyone right now and I don't want an innocent life to be lost for my cause. 

Levi will hack into the locks and facilitate easy entrance for us. 

I along with my men leave for the warehouse. 

When we reach the location its awfully quiet and quiet means danger and I have come prepared. We all get out from the vehicle and I command my men to take position and walk towards the main entrance of the warehouse. We all spread out and each group goes to each corner of the warehouse. I had four men with me.  I open the door and ask my men to move in with me. but there is no movement and feel a gun to my head. I turn around and see Chris holding a gun to my head. I act surprised. I need to do this to complete my plan. " Chris?", I ask surprised. "What's going on why are you holding a gun to my head", I ask him. He gives me a sinister smile. 

Soon I am pulled out of the building and am put to my knees. I look around and am surrounded by nearly 20 men each pointing a gun to my head. "You thought that you could save her that easily?" I hear the voice I despise the most. I look up and see Stephen standing there with a cocky grin as if he has achieved everything in life. I look up at him and give the strongest glare I can. He throws a blow to my left cheek. I was able to taste blood inside my mouth. " I am going to kill you today and take your empire and your wife as mine. I haven't touched her until now as you are alive and she thinks you will save her but when I show her your dead body she will not have any hope to hold on to and will have to submit to be and accept me", He says and I go to punch him but am pushed back to my knees. 

I am going to kill him as soon as I get my hands on him. I just have to wait until my princess is out of danger and is in safe hands. 

"We are clear", I get a message from my earpiece. It's a private connection which none of my men have access to. I let out a laugh. " You are going to die and I am going to use your wife for my purpose and you are laughing.", He asks me clearly very mad. " You will need to have my wife to use her for your purpose." I tell him. He looks taken back. now whose going to laugh like they won loser. " Kill him" he says. But no shots are fired because there are guns pointed to the heads of his men and a sniper to his chest. " If I die, you die with me. SHOOT HIM!", he says. Chris pulls the lever but no shots are fired. He looks confused and he contemplate what was going on the shots were fired and all the men pointing guns at me lay dead on the ground. 

I get up to my feet. Stephen looks shocked and before he could attack me, he is punched from behind and falls to the floor. I look at the Russian Mafia leader giving me a slight nod and smile at him. It was a smile of gratitude....

Hello guys. I am really sorry for the late updates. I have been wanting to type and upload the chapters but I was not able to get my self to do and I am completely packed with college stuff. So really sorry. Also many of you guessed it right that Chris was the traitor. Congrats to you all for the right guesses. Take care everyone...
