Name is Emma (em)
Age is 15
Parents forced her to come here because of behaviour at school

Dr - right Emma come this way we got some procedures to do.
Dr takes Emma straight to operation theatre
Emma- what are we doing here? What kind of procedures
Dr - well we go to put some medicine in your stomach and your mum want me to do some stuff that I will tell you later
Emma - are you going to put me to sleep
Dr - no we never put anyone to sleep
Emma nods
Emma - so what are you going to do.
Dr - Well we are going to insert a tube into your stomach to push medicine in
Emma - is that it
Dr - yup easy
Emma - wait but a tube is big and thick that would hurt wouldn't it
Dr - maybe
Emma starts to get really worried
Dr - nurse could you get the injections for the first procedure and injections for iud and chip and scalpel
Emma - are they small I don't like injections
Dr - I know your mum said
Emma - so are you not going to give me any
Dr - no we are we are just going to strap you down
Emma - WHAT NO YOUR NOT
Emma tries to run but security get her and tie her down onto the bed
Dr - right Emma you got to get used to injections cause you are going to get quite a few while you are here
Nurse comes back with the injections
Emma - there huge you can't put that in me
Dr - yes we can. If we don't you will be in a lot of pain cause we need to cut your stomach open. So we can do that with you numb or not numb
Emma - ermmm I guess numb. But please be careful
Dr - I will don't worry. Right let's start
He clean her stomach first
Dr - nurse first injection. Right Emma I'm going to talk you through it so you're not as scared okay.
Emma nods
Dr - right so I'm going to injection this around the belly button to start with okay. In 3....2...1 inserts the needle just at the top of the skin and injects the medicine
Emma- oh that's not too bad just burns a little
He numbs the top of the skin around the belly button and inserts the needle over and over again
Dr - right let's go a bit deeper
Dr pushes needle all the way into her stomach
Emma - owwwww ahhhhhh take it out please it burns a lot
Dr takes it out and  injects it deep again and again and again
Emma- when is this over it really hurts
Dr - soon don't worry
Dr takes the first needle out of
Dr - nurse second needle
Nurse passes dr a bigger needle
Emma's face widened in shock
Dr - right I'm going to inject this in the belly button this time. 3.....2....1
Dr injects the needle Deep into her belly button
Emma - owww plz take it out
Dr injects the medicine
Emma - owww it burns plz
Dr moves the needle around and keeps adjusting the needle around
Emma - ahhh plz stop moving it.
Dr takes needle out of
Emma - thank god that's over and I  hate needles they really hurt
Dr - right nurse scalpel
Nurse passes it to dr
Emma - WHAT HANG ON WHAT ARE YOU DOING
DR - shush calm down it won't hurt. I'm just going to make a small incision.
Dr makes a small cut on her belly button. Emma doesn't feel it but then dr makes a deeper cut
Emma - owww that hurt . I'm not numb
Dr - it's just pressure
Dr makes another cut
Emma screams in pain
Dr - shush Emma or you will get a punishment
Dr - nurse can you get the tube
Dr inserts the tube
Emma- owwww it hurts so bad
Dr - right done let's just stitch you up and we will do our next procedure

Dr - nurse can you sort her out and get the equipment plz
Nurse has prepared Emma
Dr - okay Emma we are going to insert a iud so first we need to numb you
Dr get a huge needle as
Emma - wait wait wait. Don't plz it's going to hurt plzzzz
Dr inserts the needle into Emma vagina
Emma - OWWWWW TAKE IT OUT PLZZ
Dr - Emma be quite you will be getting a punishment after this
Dr injects the numbing needle and inserts another injection
Emma - plz stop I'm in soo much pain
Dr - okay Emma we are done now we just need to put a chip into you.
Nurse hands dr the chip and scalpel.
Dr slices Emma arm and puts chip inside and closed her arm up.
