02. 𝘿𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙨

Avery sat in her dorm and looked to see Daphne as she walked in. She looked to her sister and sighed "what do you want?"

"Father requires us to have dinner together" she said as Avery liked to her and rolled her eyes

"Father can fuck off"

"It's not an option father. No one says no to father. You know that" Daphne said as she looked to her sister. Avery knew how her father was and she knew that the last thing that she wanted to was go and okay the perfect daughter

"All of us. Astoria?" She asked as Daphne nodded as Avery sighed

"Okay fine. I don't like this though" Avery said. She knew that she didn't want to go. She knew the mess of things were at the minute but she also knew that the consequences if she didn't turn up to her dinner

She looked as her sister walked out of the dorm as Avery sat on her bed. She ran her hands through her hair and sighed. She knew his things either her family was and how she didn't want to deal with it

"I saw Miss princess was here. Are you okay?" Pansy asked as she walked in as Avery looked to her and sighed

"I guess so. U just have to go play the perfect daughter to that monster if anyone understands that it's Draco but with things how they are with us at the minute I don't know" she said as Pansy looked to her and smiled

"I know it's hard. I know it's a lot and I know what your father has done to you but you should speak to Draco he is the one who gets it" Pansy said as Avery nodded. She knew how Lucius had abused Draco and how they came from the same backgrounds and she knew how he know how she felt

Avery walked into the common room as she saw Draco "can we talk" she asked

"I'm busy" he said

"too busy to be there for your girlfriend Draco please. I don't want to fight" she said as he looked ti her and sighed

"I'm sorry Blaise pissed me off. Come here" he said as he leant forewarning his seat as she walked so that she was standing between his hands

"What happened" he asked as he saw the look on her face

"My father...he wants me to have dinner. The abuse of what he did to me. I don't know if I can do it. I don't know if I can deal with it anymore" she said as he pulled her to him so that she was sitting on his knee as he pulled her to his chest

"I know how things are with us but I love you. I know how toxic we are but I won't let anyone hurt you." He said as she looked to him

"You can't say that not when you have hurt me yourself"

"I know I have but I do love you and we both know that" he said as she looked to him and smiled. She knew how he was the one that made her feel safe despite everything

Avery got to dinner. Draco had gone with her. He took a hold of her hand and smiled

"We'll be okay. We have each other and yeah we can argue to hell but no one loves each other like we love each other" he said as he cradled her cheek as she looked to him and smiled as she leant in and kissed him

They walked into the room as they sat down

"Avery..Draco. It's nice of you to join us" her daughter said as Avery glared. She hated this false act that he put on

"Sorry mr greengrass we have class so we got here as soon as we could" Draco said as he grabbed Avery hand under the table. He knew that she didn't want to be here at all

Avery noticed how Draco's parents were here and how lucidity was glaring at his son for sitting with Avery over then his parents

"So the reason I have called this meeting is to talk over future plans"

"What do you mean?" Avery asked. She knew that she didn't like the sound of this

"You and Draco here come from high class families and it's time that you followed in our footsteps" he said as Draco and Avery held a look. They didn't like where this was going

"You both turn sixteen this school yeah and when that happens we have made plans to join the dark lord"

"What?" Avery said. She felt sick and angry at the thought

"This is not for discussion Avery it's a done deal. Now unless you want me to punish you like I have this summer you will keep yout mouth quiet and agree" he said as Avery felt dracos grip tighten of her before she stood up and stormed out of the room

Avery say in her room as Draco walked in "do you want to tell me what happened" he asked as she looked to him

"I can't."

"Avery I am your boyfriend you can tell me anything I have told you what my father did to me" he said

"Oh trust me I'd rather he hit me that what he did" she said

"It's more than hitting your try and have the crucio curse on you to see how strong you are" he said

"I can't tell you as you will look at me different please drop this" she said as he looked to her. He could tell that she was scared and keeping something from her

He cradled her cheek and smiled

"If you aren't going to tell me I am going to find out anther way. I need to protect you" he said

"Draco" she said as she watched him walk out of her room. She cursed to herself as she started to cry.

She knew all of this was too much and she knew that the abuse was too much but either averys biggest secret about to come out would it make things worse for her and Draco?
