(This photo is that of the Forbidden City which is part of the Imperial City in Beijing China it was built by the Ming Dynasty and was home to both the Ming and Qing Dynasties it was the center of all political power and where the Emperor of China stayed. This will act as Naruto's capital city however it will be in a larger scale format)
2 years later The Capital: Early Morning
"Demon"
"Stay away from him"
"Dead last"
Dark figures with eyes of hatred stare at the boy he tries to run away from the evil people but they chase him endlessly. The boy is confused and scared he tries to hide but they always find him it's like this over and over beaten, alone, starving, and cold they always find him.
Naruto gasps and shoots up kunai in hand panting wildly, blood red eyes with slits in them scan the room checking for anything out of place. Finally calming down he puts his hands in face wipes the tired from his eyes he was always a heavy sleeper but abuse from the villagers and being looked at as the scourge of the village always kept him on guard. As he stood from his king size bed he went to open the curtains the sun was rising.
"damn this early" he groaned
What he wouldn't give to sleep till noon but being a ruler of nation comes with its responsibilities. As he gazed out to the capital he smiles a sense of pride overcomes him with all the trials and tribulations that has been thrown at him here he stands at 18 years old as the Emperor of the West. The capital housed 1.2 million citizens it was sprawling with markets, an academy, buisness', a hospital, barracks, stables, and many many more buildings of different types filled the city the people were happy and the city thrived. As he was about walk out of the room he stopped when he saw a photo of a woman with lavender hair and white eyes, he put a finger to the photo of him and young girl when they were 13.
"Hinata" he said softly
She was the only person who didn't look at him different besides Team 7 and a few others. When he thinks about his old team many emotions come flooding back everything they went through together happiness, sadness, and many others. Hinata and Naruto became friends when they were children when Naruto tried to defend her from bullies and it blossomed from their, sure she was still shy and quiet but as time went on she was able to break out of the shell from cheering him up when he was down to offering him ointment at the chunin exams. She was his light in the darkness when the village looked down on him she was always their to make it better but who's to say how she feels now Naruto guessed she was between 18-20 by now along with the other people from the academy he's been gone for so long. Sighing deeply not wanting to mope around any longer he got dressed thinking to himself "Might as well check in with the counsel" he walked out of his room dressed in an orange kimono. Approaching the council chambers he heard loud arguing and commotion "politics, how tiresome" he thought he opened the door and there was instant silence all members stood quickly and bowed.
