YOU WATCHED AS your mother had just got finished fighting off one of the kaiju's in noma's form, you remember watching the whole entire thing on television.
She seemed to be out of breath, but supposedly she was calm which was a good thing. [m/n] had her eyes closed as she felt an ache in her side, she continued walking forward as a heavy sigh escapes her.
Noma trudges through the water, her head lowered, unbeknownst to her— her guard was lowered too, and she was high alert at all times.
"[m/n], something feels off." Noma spoke while [m/n] just shook her head and kept walking.
"We're in the clear, noma. we're fine." [m/n] replied as she continued walking, something was off though— either that it was eerily silent or..something was moving inside the water.
"I'm serious, [m/n] something is wrong, turn around--" Noma warns but before she could finish soon a loud roaring sound was heard.
[m/n] quickly turns around, "wha--"
She was striked in the chest, pierced right through her heart as she gasped, her chest aching due to the pain and blood seeps through her armor.
Noma brings out her sword before it changes into a bow and arrow, aiming it at the kaiju and lacing its arrow with a tranquilizer, her hands were shaking due to [m/n]'s slowing heartbeat.
The kaiju was hit directly in the chest, it stepped back and screeched in pain before collapsing and falling asleep.
Noma's toned form leans back and grasps its helmet.
Then noma glitches back into [m/n] who falls into the ocean, [m/n] swims to the surface weakly, gasping for air as she clutched the bleeding wound in her chest.
She swims her way underneath the bridge and her wet hair clung to her face, blood pouring from her chest continuously— she coughed up blood also.
"I can't, not yet.." [m/n] mumbled and crawled a few meters to reached for her soaked phone, which was somehow still working.
Suddenly everything vanished, you were crying from the memory that you had just saw— why were you being shown all this? what for? were you even still alive?
...but that's when you remembered something. "Noma?" you called out.
"[Y/n], wake up." A soft voice had spoken to you which had caught you by surprise, but you had eventually woken up.

You awaken with a jolt, realizing you were inside a hospital, you snatched off the mask that was giving you air and it was night. "Oh hell no-- I am not staying in a hospital all night." you whispered to yourself as you jumped out of the hospital bed.
Once you hurried out the bed you quickly changed into your clothes, "please work." you say and took a look at your watch. "I am begging."
You sneakily climbed out the window of your hospital room and landed softly on the ground, you raised your hoodie's hood over your head.
Your (f/c) converse squeaks against the ground as you tried not to make any noise, "Noma, please, work." you head into the back of an alleyway and glanced at your watch.

"How can you still be analyzing?! kenji needs my help, noma." You scoffed. "He needs me! and I swear to god noma if he dies because I wasn't there, I'd feel guilty for the rest of my life because I didn't confess my love for him! so could you please, please help me!?"

You open your eyes slowly to find that you weren't in your human form, instead you had taken the change of noma.
But something felt entirely different this time, touching your back you feel two blades behind your back, they seemed to have been attached and like in a 'X' symbol.
Looking down at your hands they were glowing a neon (f/c) and there was a belt around noma's waist that had all types of different mini neon blades around them.
"Woah-- upgrade?" You say with a raised brow and grinned, but that's when you realized— kenji, and emi— you had to find them both.
Noma had (h/c) hair flowing right down her midriff and on her shoulders as well, her bangs covering her eyes slightly.
"Okay, huge upgrade." You say much louder and then checked your watch to locate kenji and emi.
Time was running out, and you knew he couldn't do this alone.
