The Jury was fairly 1/3 Mantle to Atlas and some even in Vale the fact that evidence was clear that he was still bent on bombing Mantle despite evacuations were undergoing was the last straw in his list of crimes
Betraying the Public Trust, Wanton Destruction, Usage of a Weapon of Mass Destruction on a Civilian Populace and Finally Treason
The Defense that he was undergoing paranoia due to his Semblance was a feeble excuse to slaughter innocent people
He was to be hanged publicly to show that the UNSC was tough on crime

They were though sentenced to Life in Prison for aiding and abiding a known Terrorist Act

They were sentenced to 30 years in Prison with Hard Labor and with chances of a Parole on good behavior
The Girls were to spent the time contemplating, and doing back breaking labor with mining minerals and producing materials as a way to pay back
They were allowed conjugal visits by their family at the most

Remnant was now established as a New Colony and Hidden Research and Development Site for New UNSC Tech
Master Chief was busy with his own battles as a New threat became present on the Horizon

And so a Project was born due to the return of the Mk III. Hrunting/Yggdrasil Powered Armor that Humans can use
