But due to continuous taunts of goenkas on aarohi all birlas left udaipur nd shifted to Delhi . They started birla hospital there nd made udaipur hospital as their branch nd evenly they cut all ties with goenkas except kairav and vansh .

After 5 years akshu return back with abhir nd abhinav for kairav marriage.
