Jullian sat in the office, both his parents next to him

"We take bullying very seriously at this school. There is zero tolerance.. especially if it involves children with special needs." Mr. Tushmen said calmly

"Excuse me, can you explain what's going on here? Wasn't Julian the one who got punched in the mouth? If there's any bullying going on, it isn't my son.." his mom defended

Mr. Tuchsmen said nothing, instead, holding up two pieces of paper with the notes he wrote to you and auggie

"You wrote those jullian?" His dad asked

He hesitated before answering "yes sir."

"That one note was on the back of a class photo. Your son photoshopped y/n and Auggie out of it." He explained

"No. No, he didn't. I did. of course, I didn't think that he would bring it to school. But when our friends come over and they see that picture, I want them to ask about our son. Not the Pullmans'." His mom said, taking the blame for her son's stupidity.

"When we pressed Auggie and y/n, they showed us these other notes that your son left in his locker and his desk. Chair."  He said, taking out a lot of pieces of paper with notes written on them "y/n, also showed us some bruising he left on her."

"If no one has the courage to say it, then I guess I will.
These kids are too young to be dealing
with this sort of thing. Julian has had nightmares because of that kid. Did you know that?" She said, upsettingly

"Sarah."

"We had to take him to a child psychologist to help him deal with his night terrors." She kept going

"It's just a two-day suspension. You'll stay home from the nature preserve trip. That's all.." he said calmly

"Two days for a couple of notes from a kid? After all the money that we have poured into this school?" She asked angerly

"We have a lot of friends on the school board, Mr. Tushman." Jullian dad said as if it was a threat.

"Oh.." Mr, tuchsmen leaned in his seat "well I have more." He said

"Do you expect us toBend over backwards for every single person in the world? Nobody can get their feelings hurt ever?" She asked

Mr, tuchsmen sighed before saying "Mrs. Albans, Auggie can't change the way he looks. So, maybe we can change the way we see."

""I will be sure to tell that to the real world. Thank you for this.
We won't be back in the fall." He said standing up

"Mom.." jullian said looking up at her

"I like this school..."

"I have friends dad."

"Let's go jullian." His dad patted his shoulder

"Come on." His mom exclaimed at the door.

"Mr. Tuchsmen, I'm really sorry," he said (no tf he wasn't)

"I know you are jullian." He nodded

Today was the day of the nature preserve trip, you sat with summer on the bus with your headphones and stuffed animal in hand as you waved goodbye bye to your parents.

The first activity you did was canoeing, you sat in the middle of the boat while summer and Charlotte rowed along with the other students

The next game was tug of war some children from a different school, and of course, your team won.

Finally, Faye a long day of games, getting dirty and playing, you could finally sit since you were getting ready to watch a movie with the rest of the kids.
