THIRD PERSON POV

"taetae hyungie! Can you feed kookie?!"

Taehyung's ears are still buzzing and his mind is stuck on the same words, making Taehyung's heart beat faster and faster.

After finishing a bottle of makgeolli and having fun for fifteen minutes, Jungkook is now peacefully sleeping with his head on his taetae hyungie's lap, while Taehyung is shooting angry looks at Jimin, who looks scared of his best friend.

"I can't drive him home, Yoongi hyung will be mad," Taehyung sighed, gently petting Jungkook's fluffy hair.

"Should we bring him to your house instead?" Jimin proposed cautiously, receiving a fierce look from the irritated tiger.

"Do you really think Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung will be happy to see us after we messed up their innocent bunny?!" Taehyung exclaimed, pulling at his hair in frustration.

Taehyung was busy scheming in his mischievous mind, but his plan failed to work out.

Suddenly, a ringing noise snapped him back to reality as he glanced at the caller's id.

Yoon hyung

"Shoot!" Taehyung exclaimed, causing Jimin to jump in surprise. However, when Jimin saw the caller's id, he had a similar reaction.

Jimin urged, "Come on, answer the phone!" and Taehyung nodded, trying to calm his nerves.

"Hey, Yoonie hyung!" Taehyung greeted as he picked up the call to hear a concerned Yoongi on the other end, "Is Jungkook with you?"

"Yes! Hyung, we were tired after hanging out so we came back to my  place and now Jungkook is sleeping," Taehyung explained, his eyes fixed on the blushing boy resting on his lap and staring at him with wide eyes, "and he'll be staying here, if that's okay with you."

"Of course! If Kookie wants to," Yoongi replied, feeling a bit relieved to see his younger brother spending time with friends.

"Don't worry, I'll drive him back home in the morning!" Taehyung assured, and Yoongi simply hummed before ending the call.

"Come on, Jungkook," Taehyung encouraged as Jungkook sat down on the floor, looking upset.

"Get up, Kookie!"

"Aw, you're such a big bunny, Kookie! Come on!" Taehyung urged, offering a hand to help Jungkook stand.

"Kookie doesn't feel like walking!" Jungkook whined, arms crossed.

With a small chuckle, Taehyung murmured, "He's acting like an adorable little bunny who had a bit too much drink."

Taehyung playfully asked, "Would you like a piggyback ride from hyungie?" The younger boy nodded eagerly, prompting Taehyung to say, "Then hop on my back!"

Jungkook enthusiastically climbed onto Taehyung's back, causing him to wobble slightly before regaining his balance.

Taehyung was surprised to find that Jungkook was lighter than he had expected. With a loving smile, Taehyung waved goodbye to Jimin, who was also packing up his belongings.

Taehyung was walking towards their car when Jungkook suddenly sniffed, prompting Taehyung to feel concerned. "What's wrong, kookie?" Taehyung asked anxiously.

"Is hyungie not carrying you properly?" Taehyung inquired, but Jungkook started to squirm in his grip.

To avoid causing Jungkook any discomfort, Taehyung carefully helped him down from his back.

"Why is kookie crying?" Taehyung asked, gently holding Jungkook's small face in his big hands.

As he gazed into Jungkook's tear-filled eyes, Taehyung felt a sense of helplessness, unable to stand seeing him cry.

"I feel so useless," Jungkook whispered with a trembling voice.

"Are you only spending time with me because you pity me?" Jungkook questioned, pulling Taehyung's hands away from his face.

"No-" Jungkook cut off Taehyung before he could say anything, "Yes, you have great friends, you're amazing. Why would someone as cool as you want to hang out with me?"

Taehyung's heart shattered. He knew Jungkook always felt unworthy and pushed people away.

Taehyung was delighted to unexpectedly meet Jungkook at the mall and was excited to hang out with him more. He thinks Jungkook is the kindest and most gentle person he has ever encountered.

"I can never be happy!" Jungkook exclaimed, his voice filled with despair. "I don't deserve happiness. Nothing seems to go right, everything messes up whenever I try." Tears welled up in his doe eyes, and Taehyung couldn't bear to see them fall.

"I-I wish I could restart my life from the very beginning," the bunny boy mumbled slowly, his words barely audible. But Taehyung heard them loud and clear. "Then do it!" he said, gently wiping away a single tear that had escaped Jungkook's eye. "If you truly want to restart your life, I'll help you do it." He smiled at the bunny boy in front of him, determined to help him break out of his shell.

"Let's head back to my place, you really need to relax," Taehyung mentioned as he led Jungkook to the car. After helping Jungkook get settled in the car, Taehyung took the driver's seat and began driving.

He looked over at Jungkook, who was peacefully sleeping with dried tears on his cheeks.

"Koo deserves to be happy, and Taetae will make sure to shower all the joy on Koo."
