15year old miroku miyatsu formerly known as minoru mineta is a young pro hero who was dealt a very bad hand in his early life when he was misdiagnosed as quirkless and then after that most of his friends all turned their backs on him as well as his mother started emotionally abuse and neglect him for his estranged older sister who was born with a very powerful laser quirk until one day he had enough and decided to run away from his old life forever and during that point of time his powers finally manifested as he decided to become the youngest pro hero in history.

Miroku miyatsu formerly known as minoru mineta has been in Japan for almost a year now and so far he didn't have any encounters with his childhood tormentors or former family and only the people who knew that he is back are his girlfriends momo, yaoyorozu, Yu takeyama, and nemuri kayama.
