Later that evening, Shanvi and Anvi were sitting together on the sofa, watching TV. Shanvi asked, "So, how was your day?"

Anvi nodded her head with a smile. "Yup, it was good."

"That's good to hear," Shanvi said, her eyes fixed on the screen.

After some time, Anvi turned to Shanvi, her eyes pleading. "Listen, Shanvi, I am so tired and dying of hunger. Please make me something to eat."

Shanvi sighed but nodded. "Okay, Anvi, you sit. I will make something for you."

Anvi smiled gratefully. "Thank you."

Shanvi went to the kitchen to make something for Anvi but quickly realized there was nothing to cook. It was already so late that no outside shop would be open. She racked her brain for a solution and then remembered they had some pasta in the pantry. "Let me make pasta for Anvi," she said to herself.

Shanvi set to work, boiling the pasta and preparing a simple but delicious sauce. As she cooked, Anvi's thoughts drifted back to the stranger they had encountered the previous night. There was something oddly familiar about him, but she couldn't place where she might have seen him before.

"Did I know him?" Anvi muttered to herself. "I don't think so. I've just arrived. When would I have met him? Oh, God, I must be crazy."

Lost in her thoughts, Anvi barely noticed the time passing. She called out, "Shanvi, how long will it take?"

Receiving no response, she decided to check on her friend. When Anvi reached the kitchen, she saw Shanvi listening to music with headphones on, completely oblivious to her calls. The pasta was still on the stove and was dangerously close to burning.

Frustrated, Anvi walked over and stopped Shanvi's music. "Am I stupid?" she snapped. "I told you I'm starving, and you're here listening to music?"

Shanvi turned around, startled. "Oh, sorry, I was just-"

Anvi interrupted her, her eyes blazing. "Sorry? The pasta is about to burn! How could you forget?"

Shanvi quickly turned off the stove and started to serve the pasta. "Sorry, Anvi. The pasta is ready. You sit outside; I'll bring it in two minutes."

Anvi nodded, still fuming. "Okay, I'm waiting."

The pasta was finally ready and looked beautiful and appetizing. Shanvi carried the plates to the living room and handed one to Anvi.

Anvi's eyes lit up as she saw the dish. "The pasta looks delicious. Do it quickly, or else it will get cold."

Shanvi chuckled. "Have some patience."

They both sat down and took their first bites. Anvi's eyes widened in delight. "Ahh, it's so good, Shanvi. You are the best cook in the world."

Shanvi blushed. "That's enough, don't joke now."

"I'm not joking. It's really too good," Anvi insisted, savoring another bite.

After eating, Anvi picked up the dishes. "You clean these while I wash them."

Shanvi nodded and started cleaning the table. In the kitchen, Anvi washed the dishes, her mind wandering back to the day's events. After a while, she finished and called out, "Shanvi, I'm feeling very sleepy. I'm going to bed. Make sure to go to sleep timely."

"Okay, you go ahead and sleep," Shanvi replied.

Anvi went to her room, changed into her pajamas, and turned off the lights. The room was engulfed in darkness, and she lay down on the bed, her mind finally relaxing. Within moments, she drifted off into a deep, sweet sleep.
