Enjoy you little freaks ;)Chan was doing the knot on his belt when he heard a knock at his bedroom door. He smiled, recognising the pattern as being Hyunjin.
"You can come in darling, it's nothing you haven't seen before." He said flirtatiously, knowing that Hyunjin was probably blushing like crazy at that statement.
The blond smoothed down his suit, making sure it lay well on his body. He turned around as Hyunjin walked in with a smile, sauntering towards him in his navy suit jacket and red-collared shirt.
Butterflies took flight in Chan's stomach and his eyes glinted with admiration as his boyfriend approached him with a sly smirk, his cheeks revealing how flustered Chan has just made him.
Chan hadn't realised he was staring until Hyunjin cleared his throat, pulling him away from his dirty thoughts. He snapped his gaze back up to his boyfriend's face, watching him quietly as he spoke.
"Well, what do you think?" Hyunjin inquired gently, his smile taking on a timid quality. Chan opened and closed his mouth, at a loss for words.
"I think you look gorgeous in everything." He said as he got even closer, so that their faces were mere inches away. This close, he could just make out the small mole under Hyunjin's eye, a place he had kissed many times despite the younger telling him not to.
"Maybe a little too gorgeous, I feel like you'll be stolen away from me by someone more capable." He admitted gently. Chan didn't open up that often and neither did Hyunjin, so his confession came as a surprise for both of the men.
Hyunjin's expression turned from flirtatious to soft in a matter of seconds and soon enough he was cupping Chan's face with his slender fingers, attaching their lips together in a gentle kiss.
He pulled away shortly after, resting his forehead on the blond's as he held his face ever so softly.
"Chan, if there is someone out there more capable of loving me than you, then I'd presume you dead." He murmured as Chan's broad hands found his waist, his grip tightening as the words settled in the air between them.
Hyunjin wasn't as quick to compliment as Chan was, so when the latter received one from his boyfriend, he cherished it like the most important jewel he owned.
"There you go again, — my darling — stamping out any of my insecurities." He whispered, his voice holding a certain vulnerability.
Forget their date, Chan simply wanted to stay here and keep on sharing this sweet moment with his boyfriend.
Hyunjin felt a little lighter knowing this new information about Chan, but a heavy question still weighed down his shoulders.
He felt the need to ask it, but he refrained, deeply afraid that it would shatter this precious moment he has with Chan. Instead of asking his boyfriend if he wanted to move in, he stayed silent and slid his hands down to his back, holding him close as they breathed almost in sync.
Chan held back quiet tears, trying to keep his grip from tightening too much that it would burden the brunet.
He had already burdened him with his emotions, he would not peeve him further.
*~~~*
The date went as smoothly as they could've hoped for. Hyunjin kept up his cheery mood for Chan and eventually he forgot about the question entirely. He let all of his trivial worries melt away as he drank rich Bordeaux wine with Chan in the midst of a new Michelin starred restaurant in the centre of old town Paris.
