Aries (March 21 - April 19) - FIRE 
Planet: Mars
Traits: Fiery, passionate, determined, courageous. 
God: the God of War

Aries is a natural born leader, tenacious and without fear. This sign likes to take risks, try new experiences and thrives off an adrenaline rush. This sign isn't boring and lives without regrets. They can be seen as energetic, creative, caring and generous. This sign is likely to do well in life and will exceed other's expectations of them. 

Taurus (April 20 - May 20) - EARTH
Planet: Venus
Traits: Kind, generous, loyal and patient
God: Goddess of Hearth and the Home

Taurus is one of the most reliable signs, stable, reliable and devoted. Friends are very important to this sign and Taurus remains fiercely loyal to them. Their commitment is reflected in their work however, they can be seen as stubborn and they don't like change. They are practical, stoic and grounded as well as having strong values for the physical aspects of life, including touch, intimacy, shopping and clothes. 

Gemini (May 21 - June 20) - AIR
Planet: Mercury 
Traits: Independent, curious, charming, gentle 
God: Goddess of wisdom, war and crafts 

Gemini is smart, sharp, quick, adaptable and analytic however, this can make them seem impulsive and erratic at times. This sign represents communication and writing, they like reading and talking as long as their emotions are not involved. This sign can be found at a party, drinking and chatting. Other signs like to have Gemini around. This sign will always bring in humour but be careful, their humour can sometimes offend. 

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - WATER
Planet: Moon
Traits: Compassionate, sentimental, protective and emotional
God: Goddess of wild animals, the hunt, vegetation, chastity and child birth. 

Cancer is the most loyal of the signs. They have emotional depth, understanding and compassion and will often put themselves in others shoes. This sign is a good listener and will keep secrets. Don't be fooled though, this is not a sign you want to get on the wrong side of, they will hold a grudge and are not known for their forgiveness. They can also be seen as fragile individuals, easily influenced by their mood but this doesn't stop them being the most kind and caring. 

Leo (July 23 - August 22) - FIRE
Planet: Sun
Traits: Charismatic, dramatic, confident and fun
God: the God of sky and thunder

Leo is known for being reliable, stable, vivacious and full of life. This sign is self confident and always entertaining. Being centre of stage doesn't phase this sign, they are courageous and like to take command. Their dominance and confidence can come across as arrogance but this is not the case. Some people will find them overbearing but most will see them as fun, vibrant and completely unforgettable. 

Virgo (August 23 - September 22) - EARTH
Planet: Mercury
Traits: Humble, practical, organised and patient
God: Goddess of harvest and agriculture

Virgo is known for being practical and reliable but are also speedy, organised and highly intelligent. This sign has high standards and can be seen as controlling in nature. Virgo's like to get their own way and this can make them incredibly hard on themselves as a person. They work hard and no task is too big or too small for either themselves or others. This sign will go above and beyond for those that they love and they can be seen as the most helpful to those around them. 

Libra (September 23 - October 22) - AIR
Planet: Venus
Traits: Romantic, artistic, friendly, persuasive
God: Goddess of love and beauty 

Libra is charming and cool to be around. They have no difficulties making friends, people are drawn to this sign. However, they can be seen as indecisive and over thinking. This sign has a love of balance and can't stand mess. They can also be seen as materialistic however, this sign is known for their beauty and you can spot them a mile away. Libra's don't like being alone, they are a relationship person and will flourish in partnerships. 

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21) - WATER 
Planet: Pluto
Traits: Mysterious, powerful, brave and resourceful
God: God of the Underworld 

Scorpio's have many different sides and it is up to you which side you get. They can be aggressive, confident and set in their ways however, they can also be emotional and have desire for deep connections. Don't forget though, this is not a sign you want to be on the wrong side of and anyone who wrongs them will face the consequences. This sign is not one to forgive and forget so don't mess with their trust. As well as being fiercely protective of themselves, they are also extremely protective of those that they love. 

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21) - FIRE
Planet: Jupiter
Traits: Philosophical, optimistic, adventurous, free spirited
God: the God of wine and festivity

Sagittarius is the adventurous sign, they are bold and live everyday like it's their last. This sign hates being contained and do not respect being told what to do. They can be seen as restless, reckless and love travelling to new places. They are also known for making some bad decisions. However, this sign is the most honest and people will always know where they stand with a Sagittarius. They are never two-faced and are known for their brutal honesty whether or not the receiver wants to hear it. Sagittarius are also known for their great sense of humour, they bring the fun to a party and don't try to insult them, they have their comeback ready. 

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19) - EARTH
Planet: Saturn
Traits: Traditional, disciplined, ambitious and independent
God: the God of Sun, light, music and prophecy

Capricorn is known for being practical, realistic and independent. They are an ambitious workaholic and is driven by success and power. Capricorn's strive for greatness which can be seen as both their strength and weakness however, nobody can argue the strength of their character. This is not a sign that will easily break, they can deal with the pressures thrown at them and bend it to their advantage. 

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18) - AIR
Planet: Uranus
Traits: Humanitarian, eccentric, individualistic, cool
God: the God of fire, a trickster and craftsman

Aquarius is smart, analytical and original. They are known for being creative, unique and unpredictable. People can see this sign as the 'weird' one of the Zodiac, but this is what makes them so loved. This sign can also be detached and will bottle up their emotions. It takes a lot to get to the softer side of this sign and for them to willingly let someone in. Their strength and independence is some of their main qualities and this can be seen as a barrier to other signs who want to get to know them on a deeper level.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20) - WATER 
Planet: Neptune
Traits: Creative, easy going, faithful, sensitive
God: Goddess of love, war and fertility

Pisces is known for being deeply emotional and compassionate. They are intuitive, faithful and caring, especially for their loved ones. However, this sign typically overthinks and is the anxious one of the group. They have high standards and this can make them disappointed by others around them who don't meet their expectations. Words can hurt this sign however, they are too proud to let you know it. Their kindness and artistic side is their main strength. They also appreciate time on their own so it's important to give them their space when they ask for it.
