She then brought out a notepad as she sat in her chair. We see Izuku currently in what appears to be a clinic with diagrams about the human body, charts of food and diets and more. He is currently sitting on a patient chair, while having a blank look on his face.
Izuku : Which one?
Choco : Huh?
Izuku : Which feeling do you want me to say?
Choco : Any? Like are you currently sad, happy, confused, angry? Are you perhaps confused by something dear?
Izuku : No I mean do I also have to list my mental illnesses for you to record?

Choco : ... Just what are you feeling right, we may need to look at that another day.
Izuku sigh to himself as he interlocks his fingers together while looking at the ceiling.
Izuku : I feel like I may need to question my own life now.
Choco : Mhm *writes it down* So perhaps you may have heard, or learned something that makes you question your entire existence now?
Izuku : Yeah that, ever since a few days ago I felt like everything now up until now has been so bleak to me that now I just see everything differently.
Choco : So what is your perspective of it now?
Izuku : .... *looks at Choco* Why do you blur the line between being so motherly while also being so seductive to the point that I need to wear 3 glasses so that I can not see your cleave and body curves. Like I feel too much attraction to you just from looking at you alone.
Choco : ....
Her hands stop writing on the notepad as she looked at Izuku in surprise for this sudden attitude, being blunt is one thing but he also seems to hold back on some words as well. That just makes Choco blush a bit from the compliment.
Choco : Ok dear, that is such a very bold line to say~. But did you have to be that clear about your own thoughts?
Izuku : *sigh* I can't help it now, I have a bad tendency to say things out loud that I'm very honest about. It wouldn't have been this bad if I had taken my ..... second year of high school
Choco noted that down especially learning that despite his higher intelligence in some topics, he is rather clueless to some information for his age.
