In the books Rhaenyra was 9 years old, Alicent was 18/19, Viserys was 29. Rhaenyra had all her children with Laenor before twenty. Daemon married her at 39 and she was 23 years of age, 2 years later they had their child Viserys II. Aegon is only two years older than Viserys II.
Criston Cole is 16 years senior to the princess.
Otto Hightower is only a year older than Viserys. Visery's dies at the age of 52 in the book. Lord Corlys is supposed to be in his 80's in the book but we can age it down.
The age gaps are different.
Aegon was 22, Aemond was 20, Helaena was 21 years of age.
In the books Daemon is a semi-decent person who loved his second wife (Laena), didn't kill his first wife (Rhea Royce) she did actually die from her horse, loved his daughters, cheatd on Rhaenyra religiously, and him and Rhaenyra actually killed Laenor to be together. We aren't doing that.
