"Isn't it time for you to already leave for home?"
Minjeong looks up at the person speaking. She sighs and rubs her eyes, looking at the clock reading 9:47 pm.
"It is but I've got too much work to finish Aeri"
Leaning back in her work chair she replies to her best friend."I know you do but come onnn! You have to stop working yourself to the bone Min. Have you seen the way you look?"
Aeri leans against her work stall and sighs, looking at Minjeong with a look of concern.
Minjeong looks at her computer screen and then back at her."Do I really look that bad?"
She silently nods,"You have to take more care of yourself!! You know what, fuck it." Aeri walks over to the back of Minjeongs chair and pulls it out. "We're going drinking tonight whether you like it or not."
Minjeong looks shocked and tries to protest but Aeri cuts her off. "No matter what you try to say or do, you're coming with me."
With a heavy sigh, Minjeong stands up and lets herself get dragged by her friend out of the office building and outside.

The bar is filled with tons of people and loud celebrations of all sorts. The tvs are on, playing some football match that happened and people are all crowded around them, cheering on the team they like and occasionally letting out frustrated shouts.
Aeri takes a deep breath and sighs with contempt. "Isn't it nice? The atmosphere you haven't been in for such a long time."
Aeri teases Minjeong. Minjeong just looks around, taking it all in. It's been at least 2 months since she's walked into this bar and everything stayed the exact same way it did, the exact same way she liked it to be. Before her promotion, she would go here all the time after work, but lately all she's been doing is going home every night at 10pm - 12 am and falling asleep in her work clothes on the first place she can lay down on .
"Yeah... it is nice,"
She smiles and starts walking towards the bar, Aeri trailing behind her.
"Well look at what the cat dragged in!Minjeong is that you or a clone?" Mark, the bartender chuckled seeing the oh so familiar face for the first time in a while.
"Yeah, it's me" Minjeong smiled at him and sat down on an open stool.
"Yo mark!" Aeri joined in and sat next to her.
"Hah, what's good Uchinaga?" He greets her before turning his attention to Minjeong again. "So how have you been? You look absolutely wrecked."Minjeong scratches her neck, acknowledging how obvious her tiredness must be. "I've been alright, you know.. Been getting a shit ton of work after the promotion but what can I do?"
He nods and starts pouring them both a drink. "Yeah I can tell, you haven't been here in a solid while." Mark passed them both their glasses.
Minjeong just shrugs and accepts the drink from him. "Thanks," she lets out before downing it in one go.
Aeri accepts the drink aswell and takes a small sip. "Oh our poor, poor Kim Minjeong" she teases while wrapping an arm around her shoulder.
"This one's on the house ladies," Mark chimes in. And the two of them thank him yet again. "Soo, anything new? Met anyone yet?" He wiggles his eyebrows and Aeri snorts.
"H-huh?. Me?" She stutters out, a bit surprise at the unexpected question. "No,no I haven't, no.." She looks away.
Mark sighs, "What a shame, I thought you liked your supervisor no? What was her name again uhhh... Yu...Yu.."
