It all started six months ago.
The exact moment when I momentarily met him in the cafe I built on my own. With my own sweat and hand, my whole spirit and soul devoted as it was my very dream to have when I made a good saving and finally.
Here we are.
But I am not gonna talk about the cafe.
The mysterious six feet two inches man, with his constant locking smile plastered on his features. If for a stranger who doesn't know him, they might think he is a psychopath trying to mind control the innocent human being.
Also not forgetting how his pair of sorrowful orbs wavering inside as if they were losing its warmth, even forgetting how to reignite it once again.
The same kind of me after I was scammed by a scum who was actually a married man. Regardless of how wide the smiles given by someone to the others, but actually no one knows the amount of pain were obscure in the name of insecurity.
He was the last customer to come on the first day of my opening cafe and I couldn't ever forget the curiosity oversharing by his face when suddenly this worn out place turned out to be alive on that day.
Maybe this place was once his hideout area and then I came to invade his space. He was a quiet, mysterious person at first.
After a long day and one hour before I close my shop, walking through the transparent door; the ringing of bells emitting along every time someone enters the premises.
Here comes another customer and strolling to the order counter with those unwavering curved upward lips never failing to wear off–
"Do you do massage?"
Huh?
"Er... I think you are in the wrong place? This is a coffeehouse anyway."
People were right about judging the person from the look doesn't exactly represent someone's mental state if they're dumb or really a real dumb.
But this guy is beyond the level of foolness.
"Ehhh? You did not?"
Why are you so disappointed when you come to the wrong place?! It obviously has a coffee cup outside the store.
"Yes I do not. I don't know if this place is originally what you think it is but right now, this is my shop and either you order something or you can open that door over there and find what you need."
I surely hate that non-stop beaming on those faces. Someone might ever think he is a freaking creep. Look at those smiles!
Somehow it makes me goosebump even worse every time I look at him.
"Hehh... That's bad. I'm pretty sure this is the place. Okay then, will order something. Quite thirsty right now. Since there's no customers to enter this new coffee shop."
Calm down, you can handle this. You know where you keep your knife in the kitchen. In case this guy really gonna force my shop into his dream room.
Flickering to the menu hanging on the wall and revert to my faces, his smiles still yet to leave. "Your recommend?"
Really a creep. "Your preference?"
"Something that can make my body and mind at peace. Like to cool down my exhausted brain from keeping thinking about killing someone stuff."
Maybe I'm the one you need to kill right now.
You need therapy, bug eyes.
"Well, some freshness like smoothie juice if you like sweet drinks. Or coffee if you're a caffeine person. For me, the stronger the shot, the better."
