One sunny afternoon, Shubman found himself back at his childhood home, nestled comfortably in the embrace of familiarity. The aroma of home-cooked food wafted through the air, mingling with memories that echoed in every corner of the house.

Shubman, relaxed and content, sat in the living room flipping through old photo albums when his elder sister Shahneel entered the room, her gaze catching a glimpse of something in his hand.

"What's that you've got there?" Shahneel asked casually, her eyes narrowing slightly as she noticed a photo peeking out from Shubman's wallet.

Shubman looked up with a smile, his expression softening at the sight of his sister. "Just some old photos," he replied, attempting to tuck the wallet away, but Shahneel's curiosity was piqued.

"Let me see," she insisted, moving closer to peer over his shoulder. As she caught sight of the photo within, her eyes widened in surprise and a knowing smile curved her lips.

It was a picture of Shubman and Nithya, captured during a quiet moment together, their smiles radiant and eyes filled with shared happiness.

Shahneel's smile grew wider as she gently took the wallet from Shubman's hand. "So, who's this lovely lady?" she asked playfully, her tone teasing yet warm.

Shubman chuckled softly, his cheeks tinged with a hint of embarrassment. "That's Nithya," he replied fondly, his gaze softening as he looked at the photo. "My girlfriend."

Shahneel's eyes lit up with delight. "Your girlfriend?" she repeated, unable to contain her excitement. "Well, why haven't we met her yet?"

Before Shubman could respond, Shahneel discreetly slipped out of the room, a mischievous glint in her eye. Moments later, Shubman heard her voice echoing down the hallway, engaging in animated conversation with their parents.

"Mom, Dad, you won't believe what I found," Shahneel exclaimed, her voice filled with playful anticipation.

In the kitchen, Shubman's parents looked up from their tasks, curiosity evident in their expressions as Shahneel approached with a grin, brandishing Shubman's wallet like a prized discovery. "Look at this," she continued, opening the wallet to reveal the photo of Shubman and Nithya.

His mother, Mrs. Gill, peered closely at the photo, her eyes widening with surprise and joy as she recognized the warmth and happiness radiating from the captured moment. "Oh my," she breathed, a smile spreading across her face. "Is this Nithya?"

Shubman's father, Mr. Gill, chuckled softly as he joined them, his eyes crinkling at the corners with paternal pride. "Looks like someone forgot to mention a certain someone," he teased, his tone gentle and teasing.

Shubman entered the kitchen, his cheeks still flushed from the unexpected revelation. "I was planning to introduce her properly," he admitted sheepishly, his gaze shifting between his sister and his parents.

Mrs. Gill enveloped Shubman in a warm embrace, her maternal affection evident in every gesture. "She looks lovely, Shubman," she remarked fondly, her voice tinged with excitement. "When do we get to meet her?"

Shubman smiled gratefully at his family's enthusiasm, feeling a surge of love and belonging. "Soon," he promised, his heart swelling with pride. "I can't wait for you all to meet her."
