"I don't want you hanging around that girl." Joseph stood in front of young Michael with a very stern look on his face.
"Joe.." Katherine spoke up cautiously, taking a step forward.
"Katie, I don't want to hear it. The boys gotta learn a girl like her will mess up everything we've worked for. She's already getting in the way of rehearsals having his mind on candy and playing outside. I need his mind free from that girl."
Michael looked down at the rug afraid to say anything. But he was not afraid to think.
He knew that no matter how hard Joseph tried to keep his best friend away, it wouldn't shake them, they would always pick up where they left off....
